Terrible customer service
Because of the Hurricane and over 3000 flights being canceled I couldn't make the trip and worked with Orbitz to get a refund from the Park Hotel. After being on hold for over three hours waiting for the Orbitz customer service staff they called the hotel to see if they would refund the over 600 dollars I had spend for the four day stay. The reservations supervisor wouldn't budge on the refund even though this was a unpresidented storm. I wouldn't recomend anyone staying at this hotel as they have terrible customer service and are unwilling to work with you.
