City Break with kids

Travelling with my 3 kids, the family room was great - plenty of room. For us, the location couldn't have been better. It was easy to get to, and had all we wanted relatively close by or a short tram ride away. The area has a good choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were always welcoming and friendly and I would certainly stay there again.

Can't beat the location!

This is a decent hotel with excellent location but it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I would call it a 4 star hotel with some reservations. As long as you don't have very high expectations it is very adequate and considering it has one of the best locations in the city - it's a 5 minute walk to the Reich Museum, Van Gogh Museum etc.- I would recommend it. The rooms are large (especially for a European city) some with 2 queens.

The hotel Concierge recommended the Pantry, a casual restaurant featuring authentic Dutch cuisine and we were not disappointed. Friendly service, delicious food.

Perfectly situated

Ideal location - near to museams, nightlife and shopping areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Possibility of express checkout. Rooms are clean, but very poor equipped for 5 star hotel - no slippers, no bathrobe, only one small can of shower gel. In general - very good hotel, clean and comfortable, but feels more like 4 stars with the cost of 5*.

Half term break with the kids

The rooms were very comfortable and large for our family of 4. The location of the hotel was central to everything, and we could walk everywhere. In front of the hotel there is the trams station which takes you absolutely everywhere and they only charge around Euros 2.75. Most of the famous museums were around 10 to 15 mins walk from the Marriott! We really enjoyed our holiday and we are going back next year.
