On the outskirts of Amsterdam, in the most green district, you will stay in the characteristic four star hotel. The hotel is situated in an emerging neighbourhood right begint the dynamic Bos & Lommerplein, with fast tram connection to the centre of the city. The reception staff will not only assist you with the check in and check out, but can also help you to discover Amsterdam, in a way that perfectly matches the purpose of your stay. So-So Stay

The room was clean and spacious. The staff bordered on rude. The breakfast deal is a good one with a full breakfast buffet inclding access to a great coffee and cappuccino machine. But beware the information sheet translated into English said the cost was 5 Euro, if you booked the day before. The actual cost was 10,50 Euro. I think the translator made a mistake, they also tried to charge me full price even though I had booked the day before. But keeping that in mind it still was a great value because I drank the cost of my breakfast in coffee!

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

This Hotel is a short walk away from the number 14 Tram. It is difficult to see the hotel but when you exit the tram go right and the square it abuts is about 200 steps away. Having the Tram stop so close by allows you easy access to all of Amsterdam. My two Favorites spots was the amazing Van Gogh Museum and Rembrandt House Museum.

sanierungsbedürftig

Unser erstes Badezimmer war totat verschimmelt, die Fenster kann man nicht öffen, es gibt keine Abluftanlage und keine Heizung. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, welches aber nur gering besser war. Schimmelspuren an den Fensterrändern oben und unten. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

Gutes Preis/Leistung Angebot

Mit der Starssenbahn oder dem Bus ist das Zentrum in knapp 20 Minuten bequem erreichbar.

Mehr erwartet

Minus: die Betten waren wie Schiffe, hohe Matratzen. ich musste vor dem Schlafen gehen bereits eine Kopfschmerztablette nehmen. Sauberkeit ist Definitionssache:) Pluspunkte: sehr günstige Supermärkte neben Hotel, ein sehr gutes Coffee: "Early birds", mit leckeren Croissants und traumhaften Kaffee. Schnelle Verbindung in die Innenstadt

Absolut kein 4 Stern Hotel!!!!!!

Im Zimmer gibt es zwar einen Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee/Tee jedoch wird nicht darauf geachtet ob noch Milch od. Zucker vorhanden sind. Frühstück € 14,-- wenn man das Tablett vor das Zimmer stellt bleibt es einen Tag dort stehen. Zimmertüren quietschen, Lampen defekt, Nachtkästchen Griffe abgebrochen, kein WC Besen vorhanden. Toll wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, man möchte sich am Abend in die Wanne legen und dann hat man nur lauwarmes Wasser (2xpassiert bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt). Schlechte Gegend! Asia Restaurant 5 Min. vom Hotel - Abstand nehmen -teuer und schlechte Qualität. Personal eher unfreundlich aber vl. haben wir gerade in den 4 Tagen die falschen Personen erwischt.....im Bezug auf die anderen Bewertungen.
