The hotel's interior
The interiors are decorated with shades of white that - together with lighting - create an intimate atmosphere. Great, with small reservations

By Amsterdam standards this hotel is very good value at the rate we got with e-Bookers. Our basic room had an atrium style "upstairs", giving far more space than is the norm in the city. It is very stylish, but this leads to a couple of reservations that may affect some people. Firstly, beyond a wardrobe with no shelves or drawers there is nowhere to store anything, so you live out of your suitcase or back pack. Secondly, the bathroom is a glass cube within the room, not all of which is opaque, so not for the shy! The shower has nowhere to put down soap or shampoo. Otherwise I would have scored it 5. If you can live with those points then the place really is a bargain. Location wise it's a bit far out if you don't know Amsterdam and aren't happy to use the trams (3 pass within 400 metres). Factor in a 1-day travel card and it's still much cheaper than anything equivalent in the centre. The people were very good. We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed immediately with apologies and no fuss. We didn't try the restaurant, but the bar was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Amsterdam if the prices don't go up too much!

There are some really good and reasonably cheap ethnic restaurants in Albert Cuypstraat just beyond the market area; the Kurdish one may not look much from outside but the food is great.

Huone ja muut tilat olivat erittäin siistejä. Isona miinuksena kuitenkin se, että varauksessa luvattua vauvan sänkyä ei ollut mahdollisuutta saada kuin sviittihuoneisiin!

Hammerflot værelse

Det var det flotteste og mest specielle hotelværelse jeg har oplevet. God mad på restauranten, dog må der godt være et lidt større udvalg. Godt, høfligt og kompetent personale.

Wir reisten Freitagabends an und alle Formalitäten wurden zügig und freundlich erledigt und als wir ankamen erwartete uns ein gratis Welcome Drink an der Bar. Was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat, war der gratis "Upgrade" unseres Deluxe-Hotelzimmer (günstigstes Zimmer) in eine Suite (Teuerstes Zimmer). Diesen erhielten wir, weil das Hotel sonst bereits komplett ausgebucht war. Die Suite war ausgesprochen gross und luxuriös. Tramhaltestelle fast direkt beim Hotel, 10-15min ins Zentrum von Amsterdam. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

vähän kaukana

sijainti vähän kaukana, siisti,mukava ja palveleva henkilökunta, tosin mustaan kylppäriin totuttelua,lisätuoli olisi tarpeen, hyvä sänky ja vuodevaatteet, jollain elementillä kodikkaammaksi

Kein 0815 Hotel

sehr schönes Hotel, nicht 0815. Gut mit dem Tram erreichbar, ruhige Gegend. Leider etwas ringhörig. Aber bei gutem Schlaf kein Problem. An der Rezeption, sehr freundeliche Damen. In der Bar wurden wir leider nicht so gut bedient. Aber alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Upplevelse utöver det vanliga

Vänlig, hjälpsam personal - från reception till städ. Rummen fantastiskt vackra, till exempel var alla lampor mycket genomtänkta och knapparna placerade på helt rätt ställen. Man bör resa med någon man känner väl dock - toadörren är av tonat glas och inte det minsta ljuddämpande... Men är man inte så känslig av sig (vilket vi inte var) så är det en alltigenom trevlig upplevelse. Hotellfrukosten (ingår ej) var generös och hade internationella såväl som lokala alternativ. Nära till spårvagnsstopp.

Geschäftlich in Amsterdam

Der Besuch der ISE in Amsterdam bedingt immer ein oder zwei nächte in dieser Stadt. Das Hotel liegt gut an der Linie M51. Ein paar Minuten zu laufen schadet ja nicht. Sehr originelles Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Es ist alles vorhanden was es braucht und das zu einem fairen Preis.

Loin du centre

Accueil pas très chaleureux chambre libre que a partir de 15h00.Les chambres son sales ainsi que la salle de bain ,le seul plus était ces grands lit confortable.
