Nice location for the Worst stay
Good neighborhood. Nasty,unwilling to help,arrogant staff; Broken, filthy,dusty,furniture. Shower stall full of scum and no shower curtain for three days, no pillow case one day, A/C-Heat unit not working, Room safe not working, two light bulbs burnt. Had to pay for using the inside swimming pool. The lobby very impressive and clean, Internet not working and only one computer for all the guests, the room service was terrible, and the food really bad.

Short walk from hotel
Never take a taxi to a short distance place. Make sure you understand the price clearly. Make sure the driver uses a taximeter, if possible ask the driver to write the price down for you. Go to Cafe la Poste!!! and La Tratoria. Super!!!

Great hotel, less ideal location
The hotel itself was nice, the lobby was quite ornate. The room was very large, but sparsely decorated. I got locked out of my room due to electronic key reader failure- but that was hardly the staff's fault and they were very friendly while the manager came in on a Sunday to fix it. The pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet was larger than in other hotels. Overall, the hotel was very nice. The location was less ideal, however. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main square in the medina, but easy to navigate and a pleasant walk in safe areas. The Hivernage district (where the hotel is located) is very clean and has some lovely gardens, but beyond that, is rather unremarkable. The hotel is in a convenient location to the train station though.

avec une proximité de la vieille
avec une proximité de la vieille ville 3 a 5 dhn le taxi c'est super. Personnel trés serviable, grandes chambres bien équipées. Aucune mauvaise surprise au départ. Une adresse a garder et a recommander.

Hotel satifaisant mis a part le
Hotel satifaisant mis a part le menage dans la chambre Poussieres, poubelle de l'ancien occupant, manque de verre dans la chambre. Sinon tres bien!!!

Die Zimmer waren großzügig und
Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, mit Fernseher u. Kühlschrank u. Föhn ausgestattet. Die Poolanlage war schön und gepflegt, bietet aber wenig Schatten. Lediglich das Frühstück war jeden Tag identisch. Man wurde es ein wenig leid.

hotel bien situé il est possible
hotel bien situé il est possible de parcourir tout Marrakech à pieds à partir de l'hotel. dommage qu'il soit entouré par autant de constructions petit déjeuner correct sans plus mais les crèpes marocaines font oublier tout le reste
