Ryad Mogador Marrakech

We stayed here as part of a tour group. The staff acted like we were not even there and trying to get into our room was near impossible. The lock was broken and once inside, the room was small and lackluster. It had dust and the bed was like sleeping on the floor.

The hotel was very basic, it did not reflect the pictures that were posted on the website. The pool was children size and stone cold! The first room did not have air condition, remote control for tv and i found hair on my pillow (that did not belong to me). I complaint and i got a second room which was much better but still i found some hair in the bed that did not belong to me! The location is good and there is a supermarket just next door open till 10 pm. I'm really not sure why this hotel is recommended when for the same price you can get something better.

Good location some staff not very pleasant but one did help us have a good time in Marrakech. Rooms need a good refurbishment.

That hotel need a lot of work and i will not recommend it to anybody plus the price was a lot cheaper when u book it at front desk . thank you

Very well placed for all amenities, clean, comfortable &very good value

Stayed for six days here while taking in Marrakesh and doing a couple of rental car day trips. All and all, a very inexpensive, pleasant base for such a trip. 20 minutes to the square (djeema el fna), and a short walk to the French section. Not luxurious by any means -- the room was on the small side, and we had to ask for extra toilet paper -- but this is actually a pretty nice hotel by Moroccan standards. The pool and air conditioning made it a wonderful refuge from the heat.

I was satisfied with the room and condition of the room. The television was a bit small (12), particularly since it's mounted high up on the wall. I thought the bathroom was quite sufficient for the price. It is true, as others have noted, that the unheated plunge pool is very small, shallow and cold. It is almost too cold to really enjoy, but I still used it anyway and was glad to have it. Pools are rare in Marrakesh. The location is somewhat of a compromise: it is halfway between Jemma El Fna Square (and the Medina) and the restaurants in the Ville Nouvelle/Gu?liz section. You have a fairly long walk for both, but it is doable and I usually walked instead of taking cabs (taxi drivers are notoriously crooked in Marrakesh). The cleaning staff were scrupulously honest. I left out money, electronic goods and my passport in clear sight and no one ever took anything. The hotel charges 20 dirhams per day for access to the lock box in the room (I didn't find it necessary and balked at the extra charge). I stayed at the hotel with a person of the same sex. We requested to single beds and left them pushed together the entire time and were never given any problems at all.

The location is very central to the main bus terminal, jama al'fana the cities main attraction and the main shopping district gleez where you can find Mcdonald's and other commercial shopping facilities.

Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht! In unserem Zimmer war die Toillettenspülung und der Wasserhahn kaputt. Die Türklinke fiel gleich bei der ersten Berührung herunter und niemand kümmerte sich um eine Behebung der Missstände. Dieses Hotel ist eine Absteige und dafür viel zu teuer.

Un trois étoiles qui est presque moins bruyant qu'un quatre étoiles.
