Hivernage Boutique Hotel And Spa

The hotel was perfect for walking to all parts of the city; it was in a smart location and not noisy.The room, staff and spa were good and the evening meal we had was superb. However we felt we were overcharged in some areas - our breakfast was 100x more expensive than the local cafes and the airport shuttle was convenient but 4x a local cab price. A safe option and nice hotel but perhaps we will go more Moroccan next time.

Amazing location- about a 10 minute walk from Koutoubia Mosque & 15 minute walk from the main square. Opposite La Perla and Louis Vuitton, if you fancy a spot of shopping & across the road from Silver nightclub, so you can dance the night away before a 30 second stroll back to your hotel room! Up-market neighbourhood, which is clean, safe and in beautiful surroundings. Friendly and very helpful staff, clean & beautifully decorated rooms, amazing but slightly costly spa facilities. Great restaurant and rooftop bar, as well as poolside lounge area. Overall an amazing experience but be prepared to splash the cash a little, as a bottle of water in the hotel can cost up to £3 & spa treatments are brilliant but very similar to London prices!

I'm a relatively well travelled being so can say with some confidence that this is an extremely nice hotel. The big international chains can't match it for charm and unique decor nor attentiveness of staff. Its ideally located right next to the Louis Vuitton shop and the exceptionally nice (but pricey) Palais Jad Mahal restaurant/bar. Wifi (free) was available throughout the hotel in all the public places as well as rooms (well the one I stayed in anyway - 403). The spa, the gym, the bar, the restaurant and cafe/bakery were all very very good. Overall a delight to stay in.

Hotel standard was great, cannot fault the staff or service. Really enjoyable, recommend it.

The Hivernage Hotel & Spa was a welcomed surprise. The hotel was quite convenient to the happenings of Marakkech and much more beautiful than we had expected. Our double room was beautifully decorated and was quite spacious and actually had a King sized bed rather than the typical (2) twin beds pushed together. The hotel common areas were also decorated very nicely. The hotel had a large clean pool too. Overall, we would gladly recommend this hotel to others. We felt we had found a jewel of a hotel. There were just a few miniscule drawbacks to this hotel that we experienced. One of the clerks at the Reception desk was not friendly and unfortunately always there. It appeared to us that she was working 24/7...she was not friendly and provided no smiles and she was way too serious and not very helpful. Others that worked there were quite nice and pleasant. The tour guide they had arranged for us, talked us out of hiring him and we took the Red Double Decker Bus Tour instead...The hotel elevators were extremely small and could hold 2 normal sized people comfortably but could not accomodate both luggage and people at the same time. Lastly, the view from this hotel is less than spectacular. We had a street view which was ok especially when the horse drawn carriages would trot by. The pool was very nice but the huge concrete structure being built next door unfortunately overpowered the view of the swimming pool.

très bon séjour, rien a dire sur l'accueil et l'hotel, juste un probleme de propreté concernant les coussins des fauteuils autour de la piscine (taches et poussière) dommage. Sinon très bien
