The hotel staff were very high class! The managent & the restaurant would always solve a problem no matter how big or small the issue is! The reception were working hard at all times trying to make the tourist their own home, I would go back
again! Moroco was the holiday I won't forget.
There are two hotels in the group, both in Marrakech. The map I saw on when booking showed the location of the older one, this one is very new and based to the South. Lovely hotel, but not quite finished when I was there in early May. Work was
still going on in some rooms and the spa was a long way from being finished. No pool snack/bar either.
Rooms are lovely and spacious but didn't quite have all the facilities described like a trouser press, but no loss!
Internet is only available in public areas and not that fast. Breakfast was fairly basic and given that some days there were as few as 4 people in the hotel, they were loathe to put much out.
Staff were friendly and the room was very clean.. Overall good but the hotel needs to be finished.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
No real evening facilities in the hotel but reasonable places nearby but they take a little finding
