In addition to a full-service spa, El Andalous features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a health club, and a sauna. Event facilities measuring 700 square meters include conference rooms, exhibit space, banquet facilities, and meeting rooms for small groups. Slightly dated but very clean

Slightly dated but very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great pool. Reasonable location, within 15 minutes walk to the medina or the new town.

The rooms where clean but in some

The rooms where clean but in some way the smell of food from kitchen come in through Air condition. Not pleasant. The responsible for the Hotel knew about it all the time and I think they should not give these rooms to guests. Other think, the necessary accessories in toilet as soap, shampoo were not replaced in the next day even if they were empty.

It looks better on the outside.

It looks better on the outside. The hotel needs to be updated, new towels would be also nice. It was not especially clean, the floor is covered with carpets which did not seem to have been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy, and many birds were coming to the tables to eat the leftovers. There were always many staff members during breakfast, but not very efficient in cleaning tables I should say.

O hotel é bastante razoável em

O hotel é bastante razoável em termos de relação preço-qualidade e não é nada longe do centro.( 1 viagem de taxi para 5 pessoas custa 5 euros). O pequeno almoço é bom e houve sempre música ao vivi. Cuidado com as excursões que são vendidas no hotel porque fomos a Essauira e o motorista fez 1 grande desvio para passar tempo e levar-nos às cooperativas onde tinha comissão e na verdade há sítios onde se compram os mesmos produtos por 1/4 do preço. Se possível vão de taxi que é muito mais barato. De qualquer modo voltava a ficar no hotel.
