Hotel Wassim

Would recommend staying at riyahd in the medina. This hotel is far from the action. The hotel seemed like it was offline/closed - lights were often off in main areas and hallways, although this may be attributed just to my trip in the offseason.

Je mets une très mauvaise note

Je mets une très mauvaise note au service de restauration, en particulier au niveau des petits déjeuners. Nous avons pris 5 petits déjeuners entre 8h30 et 9h chaque matin et nous n'avons JAMAIS pu manger sur une nappe propre et débarrassée des couverts des clients précédents. C'était un service "self" avec 3 à 4 jeunes serveurs fort souriants et sympathiques mais qui ne semblaient pas voir les manques de pain, de thé, de petites cuillères... De plus le café était à peine tiède et le lait froid. Il est urgent de mettre en place un système de stage pour organiser le service. Y-a t- il dans cet établissement un responsable pour aider à améliorer la situation? Le service des chambres est irréprochable: ménage tous les jours, et changement systématique des serviettes .
