This villa was built in 1953 by the parents of the present incumbent. It is located just to the east of the Habbous, the famous traditional district of the economic capital as well as the setting for the Royal Palace. The Royal Palace covers an area of several hectares enclosed by five meters high ochre walls pierced by splendid chased bronze door, making a beautiful picture with the guards in their gold and red uniforms bringing to mind the celebrated city. A traditional hammer or steam bath is available for the excusive use of guests Perfect for relaxing or taking a body scrub or a massage to discover the benefits of oriental rituals. There is a rest area outside the hammer, attended by hostesses, waiting to serve a welcome glass of fruit juice to slake the guests thirst.
The garden a 400m2 approx. South-facing garden, full of fruit trees, flower beds, and velvety greensward, gently lit at night, creating a perfect space for peaceful thoughts. A cool shady tunnel of climbing plants leading to fairytable space reaches the garden.
