Decent hotel / good location

My daughter and I stayed for two nights (Dec 30/31) of 2014. It is a big hotel and centrally located. The rooms are comfortable...nothing special. We needed some battery for the remote control and it took me twice to call... not to be too picky. We did walk from the hotel to the harbor and great masque.... a nice and large grocery store is nearby. I love Morocco and this was my second trip...will go back again. and I guess will stay at this hotel again.

Not 5 Star

Room was small, ADA accessible but not needed thus no tub. Drain was backed up and flooded floor during use. Fridge was not stocked. Very cramped couch right up against table right up against bed. Overall seemed like the room needed some attention. Dated furnishings and would not classify this as a 5 Star hotel at all. 3 Star at best. It was like a Holiday Inn in America with better common areas.

A bit disappointed

The bed was missing a sheet. The bathroom shower had a serious mold problem. The cup in the bathroom had a razor cap from a previous person. The breakfast buffet was great and so was the nice restaurant. The staff in the restaurants were all very good and friendly. It took a while to check in even though we had prepaid.
