Argana

The Hotel Argana is a traditional colonial-style Moroccan hotel, located 750 metres from the centre of Agadir and 300 metres from a long, sandy beach. The 238 guestrooms, laid out over four floors, all have light, summery decor and co- ordinated fabrics, and feature sliding glass doors opening onto balconies with pool or garden views. All are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and direct-dial phones. Minibars and refrigerators are available on request. Guests can unwind with cocktails by the outdoor pool on the garden terrace, or dance the night away in the hotel's club, open nightly. The Arganier Restaurant seats up to 250 people and serves an international buffet against garden and pool views. The El Paradiso restaurant offers regional specialities on a large terrace with Moroccan decor and views over the Boulevard Mohammed V. The hotel has meeting rooms equipped with audio-visual equipment available for the use of guests visiting on business. Multilingual staff at the front desk are on hand to exchange currency and provide 24-hour room service. The Valley of the Birds, boasting no less than 60 species, is 800 metres away and the Souk, a traditional Moroccan market, is two kilometres away. Agadir Almassira Airport is 30 kilometres from the hotel, and can be reached by car in approximately 25 minutes. Please note there is a compulsory gala dinner held at the hotel on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
