Zacatecas, Mex Santa Rita Hotel experience
I made the reservation with "Orb...z 4 days prior to our arrival. I booked 2 seperate rooms with king size beds in each. When we showed up to the hotel they had NO RECORD of mine or my business associates reservations and had to book our room as if we were "walk ins". They only had rooms with 2 double beds in them so we settled. The rooms themselves were clean. The bathrooms were very, very small and cramped. Wireless connections was slow at best. The business center was a one person workstation and located in the basement which had a gloomy feel to it. Food was very good. Customer service was average. Parking was included but limited to 8-10 cars for the entire hotel. Street parking is non-existent. Location was filled with lots of history and shopping. We had no issues with security. Police presence was abundant.

Excellent hotel
The Santa Rita is our favorite place to stay in Zacatecas. The staff is very helpfull. It is right in the midst of the city. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. I would stongly recommend this place to business or adult travelers.
