The property is located in Veracruz downtown; from this site, it will be very easy to visit this beautiful destination where you will have the opportunity to learn about interesting Mexican traditions, so your stay will become one experience to remember.

Great value
The place is a bit old, the pool very little, but who cares? It is located right in the plaza, few steps from the port and it is in good shape. The staff is wonderful. The place is totally worth what you pay.

NO HOT WATER! Hot water is available in the bathroom sink only! NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS!!!!!! Restaurants outside of hotel are ripoffs! BEWARE!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!

We were charged an extra $20 US for no reason, DO NOT BELIEVE PRICES ON MENU! Regardless of advertised prices the restaurants charge whatever they want without telling you until bill is to be paid.

Bel hotel bien situé dans le centre
Bel hotel bien situé dans le centre historique, bruyant pour les chambres ayant vue sur la place principal, mais c'est compensé par le spectacle des chanteurs et/ou danseurs. Grande douche facile d'accès, avec diffusion d'un programme musical à partir de 10h du matin dans la salle de bains. Jolies terrasses avec des azulejos, une petite piscine semi-couverte non chauffée. Le samedi, un petit déjeuner d ecourtoise est offert. Dommage que l'accueil à la réception soit aussi froid et les matelas un peu trop fermes à mon goût !
