Very good value and very convenient
The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and arranging a courtesy shuttle. The room was clean and everything worked fine. They have computers for use in case you aren't traveling with one and give a modest continental breakfast. I felt safe and it's adjacent to shopping center with several restaurants. The only criticism is that the hallway rugs were stained in many places and seemed dirty which detracted which detracted from my otherwise favorable impression.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the Toluca airport. The free shuttle left on time. Very convenient coming in and going out of Toluca.
