Strongly reconsidering...
Its lucky its close to the border
Its lucky its close to the border ... been here several times since 2009 ... quality seems to be dropping. 1. The rate was decent and usually is online ... $68 per night. However, when we tried asking to have our room cleaned, the guy at the front desk mistakenly thought we asked to have an extra night and tried charging us 30% more the another night! Don't ever try to extend your stay beyond what you reserve on online. And, don't expect an iron or any such amenity in the room (you're lucky you get two towels!). 2. Hotel food seemed bland or missing alot of something: juice was tart and no sweetness; waffles had not flavor; deserts seemed packaged from the local convenience store. 3. Beds were SUPER uncomfortable. Lumpy mattress with pillows that were too big left me with a stiff neck the first night ... was tempted to sleep on the floor the next night ... they tried to compensate with adding a mattress mat, but I think it actually made it worse. 4. The good side is that its close to the border, close to the local museum, and close to the local shopping center. 5. Also, another great thing is that everyone - everyone - speaks English well enough to actually communicate effectively! Really considering finding another location next time.

Hit the local shopping center on Avenida de los Heroes! Its just a few minutes away and has way more palatable options. Even the little torta stand by the next-door supermarket was more enjoyable to us!

Unforeseen family getaway
I had been to this hotel before and the attention to guests was excellent . However that has changed. On my first day I requested a box of Kleenex and a sewing kit, request was called in to reception. At 9:00 am, after 3 phone calls I asked to speak to general manager it was then when I soon after received request which was at 2:30 pm. Room service and cleaning Staff are great. Reception nonetheless lack tremendously as to guest relatio

Awesome Trip to TJ Was Great!!
Friendly Staff Let Us Check In-early, answered all of questions.Please ask for a Map! So helpful. I won 50$ at the Casino. They also have Speedy Room Service! Will be Booking my future Trip soon! Make sure you know the exchange rate!

worst experience i ever had !!!!!!!!
I dont think i will be using this site next time around as this hotel was not friendly from the begining vallet was horrible no parking at all had to park on a different plaza across the street and the staff had an condesending attitude towards us particularly the staff in the front desk when we checked out. Our room had espistice in the bathroom and the sheets smelled like cigarretes moreover, the toilet was broken and you can hear the noise of the water the whole night, in addition to that you can see the stucco was just replaced a few months ago where there was a leak on the ceiling of the bathroom. I would not recomend this to anyone at all for the price i paid WE WILL NOT USE SITE AGAIN
