Spacious, beautiful hotel is located across from the El Chairel lagoon, just 7 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown.
Pleasure or business travelers will find everything they need just across the street at Tampico's main shopping centers: Plaza Comercial Tres Arcos and Plaza Krystal.
Guest rooms are equipped with everything the business traveler could need including the Business Center with two meeting rooms, three rooms with removable dividers for a total capacity of 350 people, and a view of either the lagoon or our spacious gardens. After many stays at this hotel and different managers the overall experience remains 3 stars at best. The ac units are noisy, the bathroom smells like mildew or tobbaco in non smoking rooms, my last name was wrong in the welcome letter, and the
food is average and listed menu items not available. Why stay here? Location, location. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, plazas, Walmart, and movie theaters. Price is not a plus.
