Average business
Reception is slow and not friendly. The room did not had bath towels the first night. Houskeeping came in very late > 6 PM to make the room. The rooms are well appointed, although staff needs additional training.

Nice Place - Will Stay Again
I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and easily switched to english when they noticed I was getting stuck with my spanish. The room was clean and spacious. The water was hot and plentiful and the internet was solid, but averaged about 1/2 a meg per second. Not bad, but no good for streaming of any type of content (although this appears to be average for hotels in SLP). The parking is pretty slim, but access to and from the hotel is convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Great staff, wonderful all around
This was my first time to Mexico. I was worried about traveling there because I do not know how to speak spanish. However, the staff was great and very accomodating. THANK YOU CAMINO REAL!

Expected way more....
Expected way more....Room was "weathered". Looks like it could use some painting, re-grouting and new carpet. The shower was also leaking through the wall into the bedroom area. The front desk staff had attitudes and could care less. They appeared to be working against you and not for you. We were very disappointed. We frequently travel to San Luis Potosi and this was our 1st and last time staying here!

Great Service
We stayed there for five days, and we loved the place and its amenities... the only limitation was that we needed to re-activate our room's cards three times before they got it right.

Great Buisness Amenities
The Camino Real was very clean, the staff was curtious and helpfull. The sports center was the best I have seen.
