Great Experience
This hotel was on the smaller side for all-inclusive resorts, which we really enjoyed. It was a good combination of quiet time along with activities. The service was great - no complaints there! The restaurants were good, but not great. We had a group of 6, and had to wait for a table a few nights, but no more than a 1/2 hour. The beach and pool areas were very well maintained.

Awesome getaway for couples
We were there for our 20th anniversary. We planned to visit some areas outside of the resort, but when we arrived and saw what it was like, we decided not to leave. We've been to the Cancun area three times now and this was definitely our best visit. Friendliest staff/service we've ever experienced, anywhere. Excellent quality food. Best vacation we've ever experienced. Pricey, but worth it. Top ratings!!!

La Gitana
Paradise
This was our second trip to Secrets Capri. They were not aware of that until we reminded them several days into our trip. We also had a problem with a bad smell in our room. Initially we thought it was from the drains but later figured out it was coming from the air conditioning. It took a few days, but it was eventually fixed. Other than those two things, all was perfect, the staff couldn't have been nicer and we had a wonderful time.

Amazing Place!!!
Secrets was everything we were hoping it would be and more. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Coming back as soon as we have some more free time.

Stick with room service or the buffet for breakfast and don't be afraid to ask for top shelf liquor whenever possible because they don't charge extra ever.

Fantastic Trip to Secrets Capri Riviera
Food & Drinks at all restaurants and bars was excellent. Spa was great. Great location and beuatiful medium size resort. Made a couple of trips into Playa del Carme and booked a couple of excursions. Great overall vacation!

Great Week at Secrets Capri!
Everything about our vacation was great! The hotel has to purchase new beach chairs - current ones are worn out. Also, the air conditioning in the two enclosed restaurants, Himitsu and Portofino, cannot keep up with the demand when it is 90 degrees ouside. The open air restaurants were much more comfortable.

Fantastic All Inclusive!
This was the best vacation my husband and I have ever taken. The service was unbeatable. Everywhere we looked there were waiters, concierges and housekeeping available to meet our every need with a smile. Housekeeping came twice a day to our beautiful, spotless room (we recommend an oceanview room, the view is really like an ocean front). The food was fabulous at all of the restaurants. The bars and drinks were plentiful. We had breakfast delivered to our room on our anniversary- the food was great and the presentation was beautiful. The beach is very nice (waiters even come out to the beach to deliver drinks and food). We could see the ocean from our lounge chairs at the pool- PERFECT. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this resort. Bring lots of one dollar bills because the people that work at Secrets Capri provide wonderful service and certainly deserve and greatly appreciate any tips they receive.

We swam with the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery and it was a memory we will have for a lifetime. The trip into Playa Del Carmen is not something we would do again. The shopping was good for souvenirs, but it's very touristy. Good for a one time experience.

Great 40th annversary
This is the best resort that we have stay at in Mexico to date. We are all ready looking forward to our next trip. The staff was the best, they could not do enough for you. The resort was super clean and well care for. Everything that was promised was done. Excellent food, and great drinks. The pool and beach were fantastic, we walked two miles south and back each day.

Short drive from hotel
Shop 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen. Have the taxi drop you off in the center if possible. Only 14.00 US each way. Great stores and restaurants. Vendors are quite aggressive, but if you say no and are firm about it they will leave you alone. It is very hot in town so make sure to wear a hat and sunscreen.

Secrets Capri has something for everyone. Do you like to eat? Check. Do you like to relax? Check. Do you like the beach? Check. Do you like to exercise? Check. Do you like pets visiting you by the pool? Check. Do you like nightly entertainment? Check. Do you like alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages? Check. Do you like shopping tours? Check.
