Wonderful accomodations
This hotel does a wonderful job. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The selection of restaurants and food was fabulous. I was very impressed by house wine selctions. Eveything was clean and kept spotless. Spa was well staffed, clean, relaxing and a beautiful setting.

Great Staff, AMAZING SPA PACKAGE, Great Rooms, but not a lot to do at night
Great resort for relaxing, enjoying the spa, drinking and eating! The staff was amazing! And the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The spa was great. It is totally worth it to pay a little extra for the unlimited spa package. We spent an hour or two at the spa everyday and loved it! The only negative - there wasn't a lot to do at night. Its a fairly small resort which is nice, but not big enough for nightly entertainment. There were dancers one night on the beach. But there is not a nightly show or theatre like some of the other resorts. Also, not all the restaurants were open, but that may have been because we were there during a slow season. Overall worth the $$.

Incredible!
The whole experience was phenomenal. The facility was wonderful, staff could not have been more friendly and there is a ton of great entertainment both at the resort and in the surrounding area.

Enjoyable time
We were there for a week and the staff wss excellent. The food was well prepared and to our request. Especially from Rita the egg cook in the morning. Plenty of chairs by the pool and in the sand. The beach is washed away but there is a nice one about 2minute walk to the right of teh facility. Looking forward to return.

Secrets Capri is a great place to go if you want to get away and sit back. When we went, we felt like royalty. People always made sure we were all set with everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and the pool bar was our hangout for most of the week. Carlos always checked in us!! Thanks Carlos!!! Food was delicious and the service outstanding. Enjoyed the "All Adult" part of it-nice not having little kids running around. Beach and pool very clean. Everything was awesome!

Fantastic Vacation!
This is a smaller resort and it was so nice to be close by to everything. As many people have said, the beach is in awful shape now because of a storm a few months back, but we hung out at the pool and if you walk about 10 minutes south of the hotel, the beach is lovely. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 5 star is because of the beach but that is not their fault at all. We just love to spend time at a beautiful beach. All the restaurants at Secrets Capri were yummy and the services is EXCEPTIONAL.

great trip but would not stay there again because of the beach.
We went for the beach but it was ruined by a hurricane about a year ago, you could not swim there there was sharp roots sticking up every where. Our roof leaked when it rained but then the rain stopped and we didn't have to worry about it any more. The food, staff and pool are wonderful. I didn't like them tricking us into going to another secrets resort for a time share speal and making us belive that we were going to breakfast and receiving 200.00 towards spa treatments and getting to see the other place, usually places tell you upfront that they are trying to sell you something.

Honeymoon escape!
Great location near Playa del Carmen and all the eco-friendly parks (Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor). Great service, good food, nice atmosphere and decoration. Currently encountering some lamentable changes to their shoreline due to climatic/environmental factors. If the beach will be the primary highlight of your trip, this is not your hotel (for the time being). If instead looking for a great escape, at a reasonable price, in a privileged location this is an excellent option.

Great place to relax
Hotel rooms were very large, kept clean, refridge was constantly restocked, views of the ocean from almost every room, big pool and beach side. The beach had some storm damage, so it is a little small at the moment. Food was just okay, but you are certainly never hungry. Don't bother going to Playa Del Carmen for dinner though, it is not much better. The staff was just great, you can tell they are well trained. We went to Chichen Itza, the tour guide was knowledgable, they pick you up at the hotel, food, drinks were all included for about $100/person. You should do at least that one.

Nice Place to Relax
The rooms at this resort are very nice, food was good, staff was very friendly and service was good. Just make sure the staff gives you fresh napkins and water glasses. We witnessed them re-folding used napkins and using them and the water glasses over again. The only other complaint we had was there were not a lot of activities at this resort, and there is nothing close by to walk to so if you are looking for things to do you have to take a cab into Playa. Overall a nice place for a relaxing vacation.
