Great hotel
Great service, food, varied restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms. I would have like down pillows, that is my only suggestion. Loved that it was for adults only!!!!!

Wonderful Trip
It was such a pleasure to stay at the Royal Hideaway. Check in was a breeze. Very nice pools with new comfortable lounge chairs and canopy beds. The food was excellent with top-grade liquor. The staff were very friendly and efficient. All of the restaurants are very good. Try to make dinner reservations prior to your trip or the first day of your arrival. I enjoyed La Vantanas and Spices the most for dinner. It was nice to have breakfast one day at Spices (buffet) and La Vantanas (menu) the next day. We stayed for one week. Can't wait to return.

Excellent Vacation!!!
Having stayed at other larger all-inclusive hotels (such as Iberostar) in the Riviera Maya, I wanted to try a smaller resort and I was sure glad I did! The service, food, drinks and beach were all top notch. This hotel truly is set apart from the other larger resorts in terms of personalized service. The rooms are more of your standard hotel rooms rather than junior suites, but they were still very clean and well appointed. I know other resorts offer decent food and drinks as well, but this place was over-the-top in terms of service and quality...it offers something that the larger resorts simply cannot offer due to their size. Plus, after only a day of being there, you really do feel "at-home" at the resort because it is such a manageable size.
