Fabulous!
Place was clean, beautiful, open, relaxing. Food was wonderful! Only issue on preferred check in was the push to sign up for a "breakfast" regarding purchase of partial ownership "timeshare". Highly recommended otherwise.

Ok experience
The resort its self was beautiful. The staff was ok. Some were nice and some were not. There is a strict dress code for some restaurants that includes long pants and closed toed shoes which does not say anywhere on the website. Just says dress code is casual elegance. Getting drinks at some restaurants were slow. We would be almost done with our meal and than we would get drinks. Getting drinks at the pool bar was slow (there was a lot of people) but seemed like if you were a girl Or had tip in hand than they wanted to help them first even if you have been waiting for 10minutes. Sand bar was fast but not as many people too. Preferred was not worth the money. Had to book everything 24 hours ahead of time to use the huts on the beach or the beds by the pool. Felt like it was not worth the money. Overall felt like the staff didn't care about us and service was slow. Our air wasn't working and they came to fix it right away. It was fast and they fixed it so that was one good thing! We had a good time it was fun and relaxing but those few things bothered us when upgraded and paid a lot of money.

Great Relaxation
Overall great experience with exception of a necessary room change which was handled to our satisfaction. Hotel Service was excellent , Food was very good. Staff was very friendly and always accomodating.

The resort was nice, staff friendly, food very good. The Mexician res. was only open on weekends, very disappointing, never got eat there. The beach was wonderful, you can walk the beach to Puerto Morles 3 miles, then take a taxi back $10.00

Our stay at the NOW Sapphire
We traveled with 7 other friends and family. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort and their staff. They could not have been more attentive, accomodating and personable. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere beautiful and very clean. There were alot of activities and the ones we participated in were alot of fun. The theater shows were very entertaining. The only thing we missed in comparison to other trips to this area was that there weren't many animals in the wild at this resort. Other than that ~ this place is "Top notch!" Pamela & Tony B.

Fabulous vacation getaway
This resort is an amazing option if you want something a little quieter than Cancun. It was a very short shuttle ride from the Cancun airport, and my three friends and I were treated like queens from the minute we arrived at the Now Sapphire. We were provided with drinks at check in, and the associate at the front desk upgraded us with a room that had an ocean view and a jacuzzi on the patio. We opted to stay on the resort for our entire 5 day stay, but found that we had we had plenty to do onsite. We took a salsa lesson, a sushi making class and rented kayaks for a very small fee. The beach was amazing, with smooth white sand and gorgeous blue/green water. It looked just like the Corona ads. The beach bar was a great place to hang out during the day, and Oscar the bartender was definitely our favorite. The entertainment staff did a great job at providing nightly shows, from an Elvis impersonator to a showcase of traditional Mexican dances. The Fun Pub was our evening hang out for dancing and cocktails. Our only disappointment was that there was no food service on the beach, and limited waiters on the beach on the weekend. Our safety was never a concern, as there were security guards walking the beach and grounds regularly, and we were greeted by them as we pulled up with our shuttle driver. I definitely recommend the Now Sapphire for a relaxing and fun getaway!

We preferred the buffet to the onsite restaurants that were included in the all-inclusive package. You had to dress up for the restaurants, whereas the buffet was very casual. We also thought the food was better on the buffet than at the French restaurant that we tried one night.

Paradisus (sapphire) riviera maya
The resort was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. I left my room in ruins the first morning i arrived, all on my bed mind you. I left for breakfast and came back to all of my clothes folded, shoes lined up and bathing suits in the drawers. I find that to be first class. Gratuities were graciously accepted by everyone. However, if you are lacking a tip at the bar from time to time, they certainly avoid serving in a timely fashion. (1-3 minutes)

go see some ruins, tulum isn't very far, just bring lots to drink. there is no shade around.

Pure Paradise
My first trip to Mexico will be unforgettable because of this resort. The service, the rooms, the dinning areas and the beach were all 5 star. A perfect place to relax all day in the sun and enough night life to keep it interesting. All staff members went above and beyond all service standards I have experienced anywhere. I participated in a wedding at this resort and the support and care from the staff was amazing. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a wedding ceremony in Mexico.
