We have stayed at the Paradisus in Punta Cana and found this location equal if not better. Having the Royal Service was the best thing we did. The large central pool was wonderful and full of music and excitement that the younger crowd and families are interested in. Where as the Royal Service gave the older folks a more quiet relaxation. At the same time we had access to the other pool and did take advantage of it. Service, food, and location was everything we could have hoped it to be. Highly recommend it.

Outstanding Resort
The Paradisus Riveria Cancun is one of the best resorts in the Caribbean. The grounds and resort are outstanding. The food is wonderful and the pool is one of the largest that I have ever seen. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest complaint was the amount of seaweed on the beach. However, the resort itself made up for this one minor complaint.

Perfect For Us
Rooms, service, restaurants, staff, facilities, property and location: everything was perfect for my grilfriend and I. As we expected, very different from Cancun. Too bad that many parents let their kids behave like wild animals. It is definitely an issue during holiday season.

it was a wedding party done professionally,beautifully and on time. hard working and helpful staff,do not expect the tip and happy, when get one. the best stay i`ve had in all-inclusive resorts.food freshness and selection is mind boggling.i have no idea how they keep it so obundant and fresh at all times.firtst time in all inclusive i didn`t get sick. great clean garden hides all the roads from the sun in the hotel,maiking trip from the beach to the room a pleasure.

Pure Paradise
My first trip to Mexico will be unforgettable because of this resort. The service, the rooms, the dinning areas and the beach were all 5 star. A perfect place to relax all day in the sun and enough night life to keep it interesting. All staff members went above and beyond all service standards I have experienced anywhere. I participated in a wedding at this resort and the support and care from the staff was amazing. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a wedding ceremony in Mexico.

Paradisus (sapphire) riviera maya
The resort was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. I left my room in ruins the first morning i arrived, all on my bed mind you. I left for breakfast and came back to all of my clothes folded, shoes lined up and bathing suits in the drawers. I find that to be first class. Gratuities were graciously accepted by everyone. However, if you are lacking a tip at the bar from time to time, they certainly avoid serving in a timely fashion. (1-3 minutes)

Beautifule Resort & Fantastic Service
Now Sapphire was a beautiful resort - very clean, perfectly landscaped, and some of the best service we've ever received. We spent a lot of time on the beach which was big and filled with very soft sand. The water was very clear and calm. We enjoyed some of the complimentary activities such as sailing and kayaking. Like most all inclusive resorts the food was average and some things were better than others. They did have a lot of delicious fish and chicken to choose from. The only thing that could have made this trip better would be more varieties of beer (they only had Corona). The rooms could also be more comfortable, but that's more of a preference (the beds were pretty hard which I didn't like). Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to Riviera Maya.

If you travel to Now Sapphire in the off season (we went in mid-October), not all of the restaurants listed on the website are open daily. They had 3 open each night and it rotated each day. We didn't have an issue with having fewer options each night for dinner, but I heard some people make some comments about being disappointed that not all restaurants were open every night.
