Now Jade Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

My son's wedding was at the resort...We loved everything about The Now Riviera....

This is not the best resort we've ever stayed at. We upgraded to the preferred side just so we could have an adult pool but they allow anyone to go on the preferred side. Don't upgrade!!! You can just walk to the preferred side. There are lots of kids there. They also cater to Mexicans. I don't if the managers let there family and friends in but they were very friendly with some of the women. Overall the price is good and the rooms are gorgeous but the kids and the Mexican friends gotta go!!!!!!!

It was my first real vacation and first time out of the country. I had a wonderful time and am now hooked. I thought the resort was great, but don't have anything to compare it to. It created some confusion for us because the resort changed names a few times from the time we booked the trip to the time we arrived, but it all worked out in the end.

Came to resort for my best friends beach wedding. The arrangements were impeccable, the resort was absolutely gorgeous and the service was undeniably some of the best Mexico has to offer! Our family enjoyed fine dining, scuba diving, spa treatments and relaxation in the pool/beach side cabanas. It was the perfect destination wedding and family get-a-way!

Badly mismanaged hotel. Long lines to the cafeteria. Almost impossible to reserve a table at any restaurant. Service is very slow. Entertainment is essentiallty non-existent.

Too many kids in the resort and pool. Rooms were very loud - could hear everything in the rooms next door and upstairs. Food was less then average in taste - long waits at each restaurant. Resort was nice Wed-Thurs but became too crowded on the weekend.

This was a great hotel they have an entertainment team to keep you entertained day & night...Altough we didnt get a chance to eat at all the restauraunts the asian one was the best, and i sugest you bring at least one formal outfit so you can dine at the nice restaurants... all in all this was probally one of the best vacations I had, i would recomend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great time

Enjoyed our stay, however the preferred club was not worth the extra cost unless you would like to spend most of your time at the lounge away from t he beach and pool. Jacuzzi on the balcony was nice, but not private due to windows on your balcony.

We really loved the Now Jade Rivera Cancun Resort and Spa. We were most pleased that everything was pretty much as advertised - from the room to the facilities to the great dining. On top of that, we found the service was amazing. Everyone there always said "with pleasure" and sincerely meant it. Chairs were always pulled out for the women, and napkins placed in lap. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even maintenance was fast to respond (our A/C unit made noise one night after being off for the day, and it was fixed within 10 minutes). We really have nothing bad to say. First, the location of this resort is second to none. We've been to Cancun to the Hotel Zone before, and this resort, while about 35 minutes from the airport was a bit of a trek - we really appreciated that there wasn't 50 other resorts and an airport on top of the hotel. The ocean view and even "tropical" views (of a mangrove) were great - I'd rather look at tropical plants then another resort. The amenities and quality of the hotel were top notch. As a new resort, everything was very modern, clean, and updated. The bathrooms were exquisite, and the room was exactly as advertised in pictures we found online. The public areas like pools, courtyards, and such were also very maintained and well designed. Finally, the food here was top-notch. While it may not have been par with an NYC 5-star restaurant - it was really close. We've stayed in numerous resorts in the past where the food left much to be desired. The food at the featured restaurants and buffets were exceptional - and it was great that we didn't have to put up with the reservation BS you get at most all-inclusives. They really strived for fine dinning and they did a great job. We stayed a 8 days and paid a great price for what we got. We would go back sometime.
