Now Jade Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

While staying at the Now Jade we were impressed by their many amenities, fine dining and exceptional staff. Each restaurant offers a unique dining experience varying from cheese burger and fries to gourmet Italian bistro and a hibachi grill. The food was excellent! The buffet had many choices and was different from one day to the next. It was also nice because with so may activities we often ate at different times each day and there was always somewhere to eat unlike some resorts where the restaurant is closed and you might go hungry. The staff was friendly, fun, and accommodating. They understood this was are vacation and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The room was very nice, had everything we needed and was cleaned and restocked daily. We also really enjoyed the nightly entertainment and overall were delighted with our stay.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, we loved this resort. Pool area was very crowded so we spent most of the time at the beach and adult pool.

The rooms were nice, the staff was nice, the food was good not great, the service in the restaurants were slow, but overall if was a good place to stay. It won't blow your mind, but you will defiantly enjoy yourself.

The hotel was really nice and all the staff were excellent except for [...](the grouch). Stay away from him (he works for grey line). There was no problem getting a chair by the pool or beach, or getting into dinner (except on sat. night). The food was either good or terrible (had both at the same restaurant). The bartenders and waitors are awesome. Room service isn't good. Plenty of activities to book through the hotel if interested (just not through [...]the grouch).

The NOW JADE resort in Cancun is truly a five star resort! It was beautiful, clean and luxurious! The dining was excellent and the staff was extremely nice. I wouldn't recommend the spa though. Very spa unprofessional and pricey. The pool staff were by far the best I've ever had. The rooms were gorgeous.

My sister and I went here for 5 nights and it was literally the best vacation. We made sure to be involved in all of the on-site activities and really had a great time. We did water aerobics, played volleyball, attended the activities at night, and just had a great time. The only complaints that I would have would be that the food wasn't spectacular - but we did find a few very good meals, and that the service at the poll bar wasn't very good. The place was very clean and the staff, overall, was very friendly.

Overall, very good! Good--Room, Hotel, Staff, Beach, Services, and Spa Bad--We got food poisoning, food is good mostly, but this is not fun experience. And another thing, we chose this hotel because it has Jacuzzi, but bathtub's water(not shower water)was actually brown and lots of dirt came out. We couldn't use because of it.

The staff was incredible! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was awesome! Would love to go back! Great time.

Son's Wedding which was on Saturday. Just relaxed the rest of the stay on the beach and the pools. My only issue with the hotel were the brown ants in the bathrooms on the sinks apparently looking for moisture. Although this was not a deal breaker for us. Other than that the place was great.

They seemed to out of items at the bar. Sorry we have no bananas for your drink, sorry we are out of that liqueur. Sorry we can't change your American money. Pools were nice. Rooms were great. Most employees were friendly and helpful.
