The hotel is located in the Riviera Maya that might be the best destination in the Mexican Caribbean. The hotel is at center of the village of Tulum. Where one can find only 2 blocks of the main avenue: restaurants with mean international, scuba diving, bars, jewelry, crafts local, banks, bike rental, car rental, etc.

The hotel has 10 rooms. Every one with fan and some with A/C.
The facility of parking and surveillance throughout the night is provided.
The hotel staff id there for 24 hours to make your stay comfortable and safe.

The hotel Kin Ha, which in Maya means "Sun and Water" was inaugurated in August 1999. It is in a region where its main features are the archaeological sites, history, and nature conservation still today in this village of the Riviera Maya is preserved language and traditions as important as in the past.
About 60 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. Tulum is a ideal for solitude, contemplation and communing with nature
It is close to the archaeological sites of Coba, Tulum and Muyil and is regarded as the only built on the shore of the sea.

Nice hotel but could be better

There are two hotels: Hotel Tulum Town and Hotel Tulum Playa. I made my reservations for the Hotel Tulum Town but switched to Hotel Tulum Playa when I arrived, and paid the difference. Both hotels are owned by the same owners. The Hotel Tulum Playa has only 6 rooms and sits right on the beach. The manager of the hotel is super friendly. I don't think he speaks english though. My only complaint is that the sheets were old and the bed didn't have a mattress pad. I asked for an extra sheet and that solved that problem. I also asked for a blanket because the bed had no blankets and it got cold at night. The curtains in the romm need upgrading as well. This room has a "living in the sand" feel to it but it could be a very nice room with a little TLC.
