Caribbean beach complex offers four all-inclusive resorts in one
The Grand Palladium Riviera Maya all-inclusive resort complex combines four resorts in one. Resort sections are the Riviera Resort, the White Sand Resort, the Royal Suites Yucatan and the Colonial & Kantenah Resort and Spa. These resorts strive to offer creature comforts and luxury in harmony with nature. The adults-only Royal Suites Yucatan is the complex's VIP entity. Guests there enjoy exclusive access to bars and restaurants and access to all other resorts on the property. Great Vacation
Travelled with 7 family members including a 10 year old and young adults. All had a great time. Quality of food was great with buffet and several sit down restaurants. Pool area was nice. The resort was very clean and staff friendly. The shows at night were excellent.

Depending on which hotel group you stay, you need to take a trolley to get between restaurants or night time shows. Plan accordingly as this could add 30-45 minutes to your schedule.

Bad Bad SERVICE!!
There were problems from day one. They split up our family in different buildings.The phone in room did not work with a one year old in it. The TV did not work, the bathroom was not cleaned on day2. The rooms were not ready when we arrived or after a 3:30 lunch. This was a disaster!!! The service was as bad as it could get.! I would not recomand this place to any one.Awlful SERVICE!!!

warm and wonderful week
We had a great experience here. Great family amenities for young children and opportunity for adult time too. The kids club was a hit with our 4 and 6 year old. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Luv Beaches
Great time at the Grand Palladium
The Palladium complex is huge! There are 17 restaurants to choose from. The beach is big and the sand is nice and powdery - great for walking. The snorkeling right there was great. Lots of fish. There is some sandy spots for swimming and also rocky spots for snorkeling. The rooms were nice too. The staff was great, always very friendly and always willing to help. Had a wonderful week and would recommend to everyone.

Take a taxi to Akumal Beach just 3 miles away from the resort. You can snorkel and see the sea turtles. Very awesome experience.

Large resort experience.
Pros: ecological, clean, well maintained, activities, spa, departure services, entertainment, kids stay free. Cons: check in (mistakes), off shore snorkeling is poor, sea bottom - mostly rocks, coral, weeds, small sandy area for swimming, inter-lobby transport exhumes smelly fumes (may need to be electrical for the eco-resort). Average: food, restaurant wait time, cocktails, housekeeping.

Great stay for entire family!
This was our 2nd time at Grand Palladium and it did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful - we have 3 kids ages 13, 12 and 8, and they had a fantastic time! There is a teen club and a kids' club that they wanted to be at all the time! So many activities for them to do - kids' club had arts and crafts, stage productions (Grease, High School Musical, etc.), play equipment, scavenger hunts, games and more! Teen club has ping pong, computers, foosball, pool table, music, different daily activities, not to mention meeting other kids from around the world. And the staff is incredible. The resort is HUGE as it is 4 resorts in one. LOTS of walking (so bring comfy shoes), but with all the food and drink, we needed the exercise!!! The nightly shows were fantastic and very entertaining. The staff is so friendly and the food was wonderful! Something for everyone. It's going to be really hard to top this resort (IF we decide to go elsewere next year!)!!!

Be sure to catch the nightly shows - they dancers are wonderful! And the Segway tour was fun and the best way to see the whole resort - so do it at the beginning of your trip! Also, there is transportation between the resorts and to your villa, so if you've had your fill of walking, this really helps.

third time lucky!
This was our third trip to this particular Palladium and the second stay in the Royal Suites. We enjoyed everything! Would definately go back again!

week getaway
good times, but needs better drinks, or better brands. thay did have can beer in one bar, but made it hard to get because the size of resort, plus it was only open at night and smelled like old poeple . needs captin morgan or brands like that and can beer at more bars
