El Dorado Royale = Heaven!
We cannot wait to go back! We have never been so pampered and taken care of anywhere else. The rooms are amazing (no matter where you stay on the resort), and there are many fabulous restaurants included in the resort pricing.(All inclusive is fantastic!) There is a lot to do while you are at the resort and if you want to travel outside of the resort, there is plenty to do also. It is by far the most relaxing and beautiful destination that we have ever been to! I would recommend to my closest friends and family! Like I said, we cannot wait to go back!

Very Nice
I enjoyed my stay very much its very big and has tons of selection of food There are many activities also i myself went para flying The rooms were very nice i loved the huge jacuzzi tub although it is next to the window and i would have felt more comfortable if they would have provided a curtain instead of just a clear window

Great getaway for couples
The El Dorado Royale offered all the amenities you could want in a resort. A great beach, fantastic rooms, swimming pools, amazing views, etc. The room we stayed in was better than expected with a beautiful canopy bed, walk in shower, jacuzzi, however our ocean front room wasn't as close to the ocean as we had hoped. And while the food was gourmet with a great presentation and almost always a 4 or 5 course meal, no quick, easy food choices were available. Afternoons spent laying on the beach were interrupted by having to wait for a table at a restaurant and order a meal, which was almost never took less than an hour. The service was a bit slow also - even when we didn't want a long meal. Most restaurants required a reservation as well. And oftentimes, the best times were already reserved. Getting stuck eating at 5:30 was unfortunate because you lost time swimming, tanning, snorkeling, etc.

Great Hotel
Overall I was very pleased with the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is that they put an ATM machine on the property.
