Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa All Inclusive Riviera Maya is situated near the ancient ruins of Coba and Tulum. The resort was featured on ABC’s “The Bachelor in Paradise” and includes 44 acres of lush gardens and access to private, white sandy beaches. Each room includes a private balcony or terrace, marble floors, luxurious bathrooms with Jacuzzis in select rooms, concierge services and complimentary bathrobes and slippers.

In addition, guests have access to air conditioning with climate control, a complimentary fully stocked mini-bar, maid service two times a day and unlimited Wi-Fi service. You’ll enjoy receiving a massage, hydrotherapy or facial treatment at Dreams Spa by Pevonia, a 13,000-square-foot on-site facility.

Location
Forgo the crowded popularity of Cancun in favor of the quaint town of Tulum to the south. Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa has its own private, palm-lined beach nestled in acres of lush coastal forest that make for great exploration and hiking. Travel a few brief miles to soak in the sights at historical, walled Tulum, one of the last Mayan cities to survive Spanish colonization. Visit the natural lagoon at Xel-Ha to swim a few laps alongside a friendly dolphin, and observe endangered sea turtles in their natural environment.
Highlights

Take a snorkeling tour and explore the underwater coral life, or enjoy unlimited green fees at Riviera Maya Golf Club. The Dreams Entertainment provides fun both daily and nightly, with themed dining options available.

Activities include water and beach volleyball, table games, bocce ball, ping-pong, on-site tennis, a weekly beach party, deep-sea fishing, Spanish lessons, cocktail or cooking lessons, movies played on a big screen on the beach, and much more.

For the ocean enthusiast, take a kayak or catamaran out on the water for the perfect afternoon. Unlimited meals and alcoholic beverages are provided for each guest at any of the bars and gourmet restaurants.

Policies
Higher-numbered rooms are closer to the beach at the Dreams Resort, while some of the accommodations offer swim-out entry.

Be sure to inquire about these if you're interested in taking a super-convenient dip.

Outstanding Facility

Dreams Tulum in the Riviera Maya is an outstanding facility. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. Our junior suite was comfortable with a mini refrigerator which was restocked every day as part of the all-inclusive package. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was great. The hotel had a well organized program for kids. This was our 7th trip to this part of Mexico, and Dreams was by far the best resort we've stayed at. We'll definetely go back and we highly recommend it.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Xel-Ha is a very short distance away as are several cenotes for snorkeling. The Mayan ruins at Tulum are also close by by car. There aren't really many other resorts to the south of Dreams yet, so walking along the beach was a favorite pasttime of ours. You can literally walk to the ruins by way of the beach...but it's a long one!

Excellent vacation!!

The Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa was fabulous.. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The grounds, lobby, rooms, pool areas, beach, bars and restaurants were beautiful. The food in every restaurant was so much better than most all-inclusives, and we have stayed at a dozen or so all-inclusives! Housekeeping came every day... and we always tipped. Most days they left a surprise... swans made from hand towels, adorned with Hibiscus petals.... a little girl sitting on the table with an umbrella- all made from towels!! A couple of days we asked for extra water and beers in the room refridgerator. After that, they just left the refridgerator packed. The photographers were amazing! Very professional candid pictures were taken throughout the day and posted for all to see and purchase. Plenty of pool and beach chairs and lounges. Drinks and food offered poolside and on the beach. Who could ask for more??? Simply loved it. The whole week!

Dreams Tulum

Great hotel, great staff, great food!!!!! We will highly recommend to all friends and family. The only minor complaint that we had was a/c in the room not working too well, other than that the experience was wonderful. The hotel was close to the Tulum ruins too which I would recommend to everyone.

Above and beyond every expectation

Dreams Tulum meeted and exceeded every expectation. The staff was extremely friendly and accomidating. The food was very good. The drinks were plentiful and not made with rail liquor. The facility was very nice, clean, comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything better. My only suggestion would be not to rent a car and take a cab or shuttle between the resort and airport instead.

Great Value

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent trip to Dreams - Tulum. We decided after one night to upgrade to an ocean view in the newer section. The upgrade was certainly worth the extra money, as the view was breath taking. The food was excellent, there was always quite a variety. I have never seen a harder working staff. They were all so friendly and were always planning activities. I would certainly recommend this hotel it was a great time, and a good value for the money.

Spotty Restaurant Service

Very relaxing time - however, the service in the restaurants was sometimes very attentive, other times almost non-existent. The beautiful beach is THE reason to stay at Dreams Tulum.
