Amazing!
We had an incredible vacation at the Be Tulum! The hotel is perfection and the rooms are lovely. We stayed in a jungle suite with a wonderful outdoor shower, indoor jacuzzi and a beautiful balcony. The breakfast that is included is delicious. The beach is the best part -- very comfortable cabanas, pillows and lounges on a spectacular beach! Wonderful restaurants down the road. I'd recommend renting a car to get around. Enjoy it! We'll be back soon!

Be Tulum Was Great
We Stayed at room number 20 which were were told was the best one. You can see the ocean both from the room and the upstairs pool. It is also very close to the beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, since the resort is on the edge of the "Tulum's Beach" there's not many tourist around and you have the beach pretty much to yourself. The cabaƱa was very clean, conforable and with a great view. The staff were very helpful and frendly. The lady who was at the front desk, Fernanda, did not say good night when we walked by her on our way out to have dinner. I over heard her having issues with a male over the phone. The only issue we had was with the Jacuzzi in our room. We turned on the hot water and after 10 minutes the hot water turned cold. . We called the front desk twice but we were told that the water heater was on. Hot and cold water kept coming out until we stopped using the Jacuzzi. Over all, this is a great place, and the stuff were very friendly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Time-saving tip:
Not Applicable
The resort is on the "edge" of the Tulum strip of resorts. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get back on the highway. This could be a good or bad thing. Good because it is more secluded. Bad because it takes a long time to get back on the main road.

First time in Tulum
My husband and I traveled to Tulum last week and stayed at BeTulum. The hotel was so beautiful and classy. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. It surpassed our expectations and judging from the other hotels around Tulum, we chose the best one to stay at. We hope to return again since there's so much do to that we couldn't fit into one trip.

Best honeymoon
We wanted a honeymoon far from the massive and crowded resorts, but where we could also find things to do. Tulum was a very smart choice, with lots of good restaurants, monuments and archeological sites not that far away, cenotes, and the most exclusive beaches. We traveled during the off peek season and we were very lucky with the weather. We couldn't pick a better hotel: the beautiful decoration of the rooms, excellent amenities, good restaurant, paradisiacal beach and friendly staff made our honey moon the best experience we could ever ask.

romantic with all the right amenities
The best romantic hotel we've ever stayed at and we travel a lot. it has all the right amenities--no mini-bar or television, but an outdoor shower, floor to ceiling windows, a private patio surrounded by jungle, and a jacuzzi just off the patio. Staff was warm and attentive, everything we needed was provided immediately. quiet and relaxing
