The Azul Sensatori by Karisma – Gourmet All Inclusive occupies an enviable position on the beach, and is within easy access of downtown Cancun and the airport. This contemporary resort is ideal for families and couples alike, with a world-class spa, four pools, swim-up bars and more. Hotel was really nice, staff very polite and helpful. I would definitely go there again. A little pricey on spa services, etc. They wanted to charge $150.00 for lost keys?? not even in the USA!!!! Also, the keys would never worked had to stand out side my room for 2 minutes taking key in and out until it open. I went to the front desk, they gave me new ones but I still had the same problem. I didn't want to walk to the front desk every time I wanted to go into my room. Not Happy with O, O should have a place where we can rate them, they charged for my shuttle a certain amount, when I get there the guy from GL tells me I have to pay extra because it's a different route, what am I supposed to say or do?? I just paid them don't want to end up dead some where, yeah that's how I felt.

Perfect!!!

Great for families with kids.
We went there not knowing this place at all. I actually hate resorts but because of our 14 month old we decided it would be easier. After the first few minutes I knew this was a great place. Food is still not the best but you can find sth you like. Drinks are not the best either but if you ask for premium liquer they will give you one. Overall I would recommend Azul Sensatori to people with kids. Great stuff. Amazing kids club.

The Royal Wedding
Amazing! We got married on 4/29, and truly felt like ours was the only "Royal Wedding" going on in the world that day! The staff at Azul treated us with white gloves for the entire trip. We had a group of 37, ranging in age from 10 - 65, and everyone raved about the experience. From the travel coordinators to the front desk staff to the wedding planners to the bartenders and restaurant staff, everyone was awesome! The trip exceeded my expectations, and I would never hesitate to return to another Karisma resort in the future. And, by the way, when they say "Gourmet-Inclusive" they mean it! I wondered what that meant before I went, but understand completely now. Our wedding planner who recommended this resort told us "you won't be disappointed"... boy was that an understatement. To the staff at Azul Sensatori, thank you - one and all- for a perfect wedding!!

Try it all! Seriously, try it all! Try every restaurant, and every dish! If you fall in love with something, they will bring you another one. One night we actually "hopped" from restaurant to restaurant and ate our favorite things at each. I wish I was back at the Italian restaurant right now... and honestly, they will bring you seconds! The food is too good not to try it all!

BRIDES BE WARE!!!! Choose another hotel for your destination wedding! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable which is exactly why we chose it to have our destination wedding. However, as planning progressed we have found out that they are unorganized, unprofessional, lack the ability to communicate properly among themselves and with their clients, and are providing one major disappointment after another. BRIDES BE WARE!!!! this is a great vacation spot, but HORRIBLE for destination weddings!!! If you have more than 15 people in your group, run, and run fast! If I could switch hotels for my wedding I would do it in a heart beat. Lomas travel is HORRIBLE! Please do yourself a favor and choose to have your destination wedding at another hotel. I wish someone had warned me!

Paradise!!
This hotel was as close to paradise as you can get. Exceptionally clean, the friendliest staff, great pools, all kinds of activities, and the list goes on and on. I would definately recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking for a good time.

Short walk from hotel
the resort had plenty of places to eat and get drinks. I wish that the town Cancun was closer but then again, I was not there to see it. I enjoyed the friendly environment and I feel for mexico in its time of difficulty.
