Aventura Cove Palace - All Inclusive

Could not be happier with this resort. Truly all-inclusive. Food was excellent, and the adjoining rooms for a family of 5 was a very nice setup. The staff is truly special here - very accomodating and fun group. The activities and shows were great. The $1500 resort credit is an exceptional value- make sure you take advantage of this by sitting down with the activity desk planners early in your trip - good for spa, doplhin adventures, etc. with no strings attached. Great experience and would not hesitate to go back.

Hotel beautiful. Regular staff very friendly and helpful. Food good. 1500 credit a crock not at all what it's cracked up to be - very limited on what excursions you can use it for! Beware of the sale sharks trying to rope you into a membership! they sucker you into what was to be a 90 minute speech by promising you a free gift and saying it's ok if you say no. Well in the beginning they are all nice and smiles but boy when you say no - ATTITUDE city!! They kept sending different sales people to try and persuade you and before you knew it 1/2 day gone - then they blame you for it taking so long but what part of NO (multiple no's) don't they understand!! They continue to hound you up to the day before you departed, leaving messages on your phone to come back to talk more. Spoke to a black band presidential member who said don't do it, not worth it and wished he had never joined himself. He approached us not knowing we were just pecked almost to death by these people - warning us these people would try their hardest to rope us into buying a membership (very costly). This hounding really put a damper on my vacation - don't think i will ever go back! What a shame! Also beware of the piranhas at the airport offering deals on excursions RUN FAST past them don't stop and talk or you will be sorry! If they want people to return they should leave them alone and let them enjoy their vacation. If you rent a car beware at the gas stations - they will rip you off - make sure you watch the gas dial when they are pumping the gas. Playa del Carmen not worth the time - set up like a flea market but they keep yelling at you to come to them to buy - you can't even enjoy looking. Tulum, Akumal, Xcart and renting a car on Cozumel a must!! What was to be a relaxing and fun vacation turned out to be a so so one because of the sales stuff at the resort and airport. I would highly suggest refusing any so called free gifts and if possible book your excursions online before going so you can avoid any dealings with the sale staff at the resort or the airport. Hope this saves you aggravation so you can enjoy your vacation.

This place met and many times exceeded pre trip expectations. I did read many reviews and it was much better in person. The hotel 1500$ promo is great, on awesome spa and dolphin excursion , and many more. Service was always with a smile, from the bell boy to bartenders to maintenance crew. Best grounds in puerto aventura. Room could be a bit small but because of the jacuzzi, which was nice. Orbitz had the best price from all the other popular on line sites, and I really looked a lot of them.

This is an excellent place to stay for first time visitors to Mexico. The weather, food, tour, room were all wonderful. The best though, was the service! All the staff were friendly and more than willing to help. We will definitely come back!

It was an excellent stay. Kid's Club was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel was excellent. Would love to highly recommend to others to go to Aventura Cove Palace (with Kids) for an excellent memorable holidays.

I loved it, specially the employees treatment, it was better than home. They recommended great things to do.

This has got to be one of the nicest most accommodating full service resorts we have stayed in. This hotel had everything full bar & jacuzzi in the room with beautiful views from our balcony with a hammock to enjoy the view of the ocean. The food was delicious the staff very friendly. They provided different shows every night to enjoy all were amazing. Even though this hotel did not have a beach (it has an amazing lagoon) they provide free shuttle to their sister resorts food & drinks still included so you have the best of both worlds. The Lagoon has goregous tropical fish to view while snorkeling. We have absoultely no complaints. This hotel has 2 resorts Aventura Cove Palace & Aventura Spa Palace. Spa being only adults. Even though it was our honeymoon we stayed at Cove Palace because we were also visting with family with younger children. No complaints about it being loud. We had the opporunity to use both sections with no problems. I would highly recommond either resorts by far the best resort we have stayed at yet.

-great service, friendly staff, alot of good food, with variety, great pool, great kids club up to 12 -first big family trip, we were impressed -only suggestion would be to have more organized events for teens only and keep teen lounge for that age group, rather than filled with young kids -would go again, great hotel with reasonable prices in gift shop

Besides the good food and excellent service my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the size of the hotel and grounds which gave us plenty of walking and exploring to do. The best part was cayaking in the man-made cove! I have never seen such a great idea...we must have spent two hours paddling slowly while looking at all types of fish in the water underneath us!

We went on a couple tours, went snorkeling,enjoyed the pool and ocean.Always a show and entertainment after dinner in the Adventura Cove Palace. Taxi does cost $16 each way to 5th ave for shopping. We did visit the playa Palace and had dinner there and it was also wonderful and also inclusive when you stay at a Palace Resort. There is no finer place to stay than the Adventura Cove & Adventura Spa Palace.Better than a Cruise !
