This hacienda style hotel offers 196 colonial rooms with A/c, private balcony, ceiling fan, cable TV and minibar, hotel amenities include a full service spa, an outdoor pool, two restaurants, bullfight ring, golf course, tennis courts, conference spaces and huge garden grounds. This four-story hotel is located 10 km (six miles) north of downtown Queretaro.
A fitness equipment and a business center are among other amenities offered. Wireless Internet access is complimentary, as is valet and self parking.

OK, but annoying
Hotel grounds are great; rooms are big and reasonably modern but the a/c is a wall unit that's very noisy and constantly dripping a river of water; shower medium-bad. Beds very good, everything perfectly clean. Very little English spoken by staff, even on hotel-related topics (e.g. request for a receipt); annoying habit of inflating prices for taxis ($120 via concierge vs. $60 when walking out of hotel and flagging down same cab).

Don't bother with the lakeside restaurants for food, but the view is *great* - about a 20 min walk (longer than Google Maps thinks).

Good place with a good potential.
Romm size is acceptable but service is poor. Minibars are empty. No Tee Time availbla in their golf course. Certainly not one of the best places we've stayed at.

Me and the Family
Not worth it.
Pool is not heated and is dirty A/C in room doesn't work. Carpet is from "that 80's show" Location is amazing and the hacienda is very charming Golf Course is great. All in all, it's OK, but not worth the money.

Excellent Family Getaway
We went for the weekend. This is hotel where children can have lots of fun while parents rest. It seems as if children are their top priority.
