Got Mosquitos!!
Requested 3 rooms and each of them had a lot of mosquitos; asked for support from hotel staff, without result... went to get insecticide by owerselves.

Beautiful location, rusty staff and facilities
Most of the staff do not speak English which is a challenge. Great restaurant and beautiful location. The hotel is a work of art with a dingy frame needing some dusting and repair. You still feel like you're staying at a grand old hacienda, even though it needs some renovation. The rooms are fine, but my bathroom door was separating at the bottom and the lack of English skills resulted in some miscues with the staff on service, some of which were very inconvenient. A great place, but needs some TLC. GREAT FOR RUNNERS! Nice asphalt running surface running within 50 feet of front gate by the American school. I did 10K one day and didn't even get to the end. Very safe!

Go to the old town and spend some time walking around. Queretaro is very safe and has some great restaurants/historical sites.

fantastic stay
The hotel was beautiful in a very colonial setting. Beautiful view from every corner of the hotel. So many things to do at the hotel--swimming pool, playground, restaurant, bar, miniature golf, other games. Very clean, extremely well maintained, delicious food. Employees very polite, treated like a queen. Would repeat stay without a second thought!

Beautiful family hotel
The hotel is very lovely and charming and big. Pool is pretty and there are several nice restaurants on the premises, as well as mini-golf and horseback riding. It is a 20 minute drive from the Center of Queretaro, more or less. Good for a getaway, but a bit far from the main tourist sites. Definitely need a car to get around coming from this hotel. The walls are a bit thin and sound travels between rooms. Service was fine.

Very family and b usiness friendly
Its an excellent place either for family or just for business, the location is excellent, secluded from the city and yet close from down town, 15 minutes ride. Nice pool, miniature golf, horse riding, etc. Lots of room for just a walk or set down and enjoy the quietness. Rooms are well kept. That is why I keep on going back.

Probably a 15 minute ride to the historical sites and down town. Shopping as well as a nice educational walk in down town.

Great atmosphere
It was a first experience to stay in the Hacienda type hotel. The atmosphere was so great, especially the aqueduct in the garden was so nice. Although the building, room and restaurant were very posh, we could stay in a rock-bottom price. We were totally satisified the cost performance of this hotel.
