This exclusive hotel offers modern facilities surrounded by a casual atmosphere and provides first class service to travelers. The Hotel Casa Cayala is located a few steps from Bernardo Quintana Avenue, one of the main streets of colonial Queretaro, with easy access to anywhere in the city: industrial districts, shopping malls and dozens of monuments, objects for which Queretaros historic center is famous for just 10 minutes away.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities for the business traveler as well, such as: Jacuzzi, meeting rooms, business and fitness center,Bell Boy, Docking Station, Check Inn Express, Wireless Internet access in all building and top of the line audio visual equipment.

Good, not good enough for 4 stars

The hotel is nice and clean, however not what you would expect for 4 stars. We booked 2 rooms with a king size bed, different reservation though, by the time we got to our rooms, one was two double beds and one king size, we asked to correct this, to which we were told the was a mistake, a guest who had been staying there for a while decided to stay a night longer and they changed our reservation, so we had to stay in a double bed room, no one informed us at the check-in and when we asked to fix the situation they seemed upset, when we asked to talk to the person in charge, told us the person in charge was gone and they can't help us but we can fill in a complain form which they would submit later. Really not the kind of service you would expect at a 4 stars hotel.
