I experienced some delay checking into hotel[...] all said and done approx 1/2 hour delay checking in.Comfortable room. Breakfast was incredible. Fast and friendly checkout when leaving

Excellent stay
The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially [...], the mesero. They have a great buffet breakfast with fresh seasonal fruit. The hotel is in a good central location, and has a dedicated taxi service that can take you anywhere for a reasonable fare which is posted in the hotel; for example, it was 250 pesos (~$20) to the airport, about a 30-40 minute drive; and about $4 to local places around town. Besides the hotel restaurant, there are several very nice places within a short taxi ride, and a mall with Sears and Liverpool within walking distance. The rooms were kept very clean, and the staff was accommodating with towels and soaps, etc. The cable TV has 90+ channels and is mixed between English and Spanish. The hotel provides a small bottle of water daily in the room, and you can buy a 1.5L bottle for 34 pesos; however, there is a pharmacy just around the corner where you can get a 1.5L bottle of purified water for 8.5 pesos.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel with great staff. From the bellhop to the front desk everyone was very accommodating.

es un hotel que no cuenta con
es un hotel que no cuenta con banos para personas mayores, me refiero a banos sin tina, unicamente regaderas, no cuenta con un botiquin con lo minimo indispensable como son curitas, gasas. nos alojamos en el cuarto disque para discapacitados, el cual unicamente tiene 2 barandales en el bano y tiene tina, lo cual es ilogico para un discapacitado.
