All we could have expected
We were pleased with the Hotel. We knew that it was located a long way from Historic centre of the City but a free shuttle service was provided and utilized by us twice. The staff was excellent and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. It was terrific value for the money. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning wasn't on when we were away. They came and turned it on when we requested.

Travel arrangements mandated a very late-arrival. However, the staff was most attentive and I received a very warm welcome. The Hotel itself and the room equaled or exceeded any travel experience I have ever encountered. The food was excellent as was 'house-keeping'. I will certainly make this my first choice in future visits. I do, however, believe that the charges for airport transportation are excessive.....$35....?

GREAT HOTEL AT FABULOUS VALUE
I LOVED IT! BRAN NEW! GREAT PRICE AND GREAT LOCATION. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFULL. IT IS ALLWAYS GOOD TO "BREAK-IN" NEW ROOMS. MODERN FACILITIES WITH FULL SERVICE. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. MY COMPANY ALLWAYS SENDS ME TO AN AMERICAN HOTEL. THIS IS MUCH MORE EUROPEAN DESIGN.

I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THE INTERNET WORKED PERFECTLY AND IT WAS FREE. ALSO THE ROOM PROVIDED ME WITH FREE DRINKING WATER AND COFFE. MOST HOTELS CHARGE YOU FOR THESE SERVICES.
