Honeymoon
We loved this resort and the staff made our honeymoon special. Food was delicious, service was unsurpassed, the resort and amenities were awesome. Our room and the view were beautiful. The only down side was that the beach was a bit rocky once you get past the first few feet of water, but the resort more than made up for it! We absolutely loved it!!!!

Nice Long Weekend
I stayed on the Secrets (Adults Only) side. The property was great - since it was an all inclusive, the food was OK - I would highly recommend the buffet. Love the top shelf Alcohol. Downside: Bed was SO hard... very uncomfortable.

Hotel experience
The hotel is beautiful, but grand openinng is over I guess now its back to getting there hotel pictures for website.. They had models April 20-25 at the hotel so they had almost the whole pool closed for Perfect pictures for their website staff very rude if you went close to yellow tape, even the hotel closed a majority of the beach! Everyday if the swim up bar was not closed they closed it at 6pm Not how they advertised. We also tried to go out on our balcony 1st day we were there and we got yelled at to go back in side because they paid for a helecoptor to take pictures of their perfect setup.. Which only means it was perfect because no one was aloud outside before or during photo shoot.. I tried 3 times to talk to a manager to let him/her know how a majority of the guests felt and got no response..

Excellent Hotel !
This a great option for Vallarta vacations. Fantastic large rooms, amenities, food..... the location is excellent near to shopping areas, restaurants, etc .I would really love to come back!

Fantastic Place to stay!

Best hotel in Vallarta
It's a new world class resort in Puerto Vallarta, the perfect place to have a drink and see the sun go down at night. Food is gloriuos and the service is really fast, and there are a lot of people to take care of any need you may have. It is also very well located, you could walk to the old town if the weather allows it, if not, is a less than 5 minute trip to the Malecon, which you should take the time to walk on, really worth it. I cannot wait to go back to this hotel!

Solid for an Opening Week
We were there the opening week. We expected some bumps and there were, but nothing too bad. The Good: Excellent food and very friendly staff. Room service was excellent and the front desk was responsive to any need. The not so Good: Some areas were under staffed, especially drink orders around the pools/beach and during some times in the restaurants. Also the room restocking was poor and the turn down service was almost missing entirely. Other: We must have missed this in the marketing material, but the resort is right next to (shared) with a Now! resort (allow children) - the Secrets guests can go to the Now! resort but the Now! guests are not supposed to come to Secrets - this was not enforced very well - children were seen at many times at Secrets as a result of this lax enforcement.

Amazing new resort
Hotel - This place is gorgeous! You can tell they thought of everything when you see the amazing ocean views right when you pull up to the lobby. The lobby bar is a great place to grab a cocktail and watch the sunset before dinner. Rooms - The rooms were beautifully decorated. We stayed in the preferred club and it was well worth it. It was nice to pop in to the preferred club bar for a snack or a drink almost any time of the day. The concierge was also available to help with any questions you have. Staff - This is where they really excel. Everyone is so friendly - from the gentlemen who bring your luggage to your room to the bartenders and waitstaff to the entertainment crew. Everyone is always smiling and asking what more they can do for you. Restaurants - All of the food we had was delicious! Our favorites were the Japanese, Italian and seafood restaurants. So pretty much everything is good! And if you don't find something you like at the restaurants, room service is available 24/7.

Great Hotel to Stay ! ! !
This new hotel is just GREAT, the suites are awesome spacious and with a spectacular ocean view. The property itself is clean, well tended. The sunset at the lobby bar was just unbelievable. The Staff is a plus. I would highly recommend this place to friends and colleagues.
