Good value
We reserved 2 weeks at Arcos Suites six months ago. Overall, it was a good experience. However, when we arrived we were told by the desk clerk that the Suites were overbooked and we were sent to Lost Arcos Hotel a block away where the room was inferior to the one we initially reserved. We had to stay at the hotel for 4 days until a room became available at the suites.

Very nice hotel in a great location
We were checked in early on arrival date. Suite was clean and airy with a small balcony. We had access to any of the three properties within 1/2 block of each other. Beach very nice... poolside very good too. Located in the heart of PV where all the fine restaurants are. The staff at all the properties were terrific... We've been going to PV for the past 10-12 years and stayed at a lot of different places. Los Arcos Suites will be our first choice in the future Enjoy your stay if you go there

The entire staff was very attentive. The suite (comparable to one bedroom apartment) was fully furnished, very spacious, always clean and with fresh/clean towels. Safe neighborhood and short walking distance to restaurants, banks, bars/clubs, and the beach (within 5 minute walk)

Excellent room except for the restroom
We got the junior suite room. The only thing we were not very happy about was the restroom. It was clean but definitely needed some work done. The area where you sit on the toilet was made of hard plastic so even if it was clean I'd rather it had been of a different material. No tub but a shower with a shower curtain so when you turned on the faucet it might move a bit and touch you. The shower area was not small though, so you could "avoid" the touching. The floor of the shower was just that: the regular floor that had been lowered down a bit. The restroom was too small especially compared with the room. The rest of the room was quite good: a very comfortable huge king size bed. The room had two separated areas: one with two couches and a big wooden coffee-table, and the kitchenette area with a convenient small stove, fridge and sink. We´d have breakfast in the balcony and we'd do the rest of the meals wherever we happen to be at lunch or dinner time: an all-included package is not worthy. We gathered the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago but for some reason they skipped the restrooms. The other type of rooms (not the junior ones) were even bigger and had a big terrace instead of a balcony. [...].We didn't spend much time at the hotel so the score for the amenities is not accurate at all.

You gotta try the traditional tacos made in any of the street stalls in the town. They are quite delicious and inexpensive. It's also an opportunity to mingle with the locals.
