Good hotel
This hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and courteous, and everyone we talked with spoke English. We were meeting family arriving on a cruise ship and the hotel location was fairly close to the cruise ship dock.

The bus stops were close to the hotel. The buses were convenient and safe, an easy way to get around.

a good experience
An overnight stay in a modern and modestly priced hotel near the bus terminal, which made an early morning departure time more easily possible. The hotel/suites were clean and the staff allowed us to store our luggage in a safe location until our room was ready for occupancy. Attractive grounds overlooking a golf course and a attractive pool although the road noise detracted from the pool's location. Adequate but modest dining facilities for light meals and an early breakfast, if needed. Rooms are modestly sized and well appointed. Available WIFI an added feature. And nicely priced. Although not far from downtown Puerto Vallarta, a bus ride or cab required to get to the town unless your ready for a long walk.

Comfort Inn in Puerta Vallarta
The staff made it possible for us to enter our room earlier and stay a little later. They were so nice. The place was both clean and quiet, wireless in the lobby with two computers, and wireless in the bedroom.Complimentary breakfast included cut-up fresh fruit, linen table cloths, and a sunny clean room to eat breakfast.[...]
