Poorly maintained hotel on a great beach
Hotel is rundown and dirty. The interior and exterior has been neglected. The basic amenities were missing or broken. The view is great. The beach area is great with good service from the beach bar staff.

great gay vacation
hotel was right in the center of the gay beach, people there including staff members go way above and beyond to make you feel welcomed!!! Erika the Concierge and Porris the front desk girl help you with anything that you need, and go way out of there way to HELP!!!!

Good Location, Clean
very nice location near beach, and easy access to shops, food, bars. Room was always very clean, and had good AC. The partial room view, was more than partial view which was a nice suprise. Have stayed there multiple times and always satisfied

Location can't be beat
The gay beach is at your doorstep & the nightlife is a short walk away. You'll never leave the area during your visit! Friendly staff and locals go to great lengths to ensure you have a good time. The rooms are "rustic" and the amenities few, but if you go without thinking it's the Ritz Carlton, you'll have a blast!

It is not the most luxurious accommodations but the hotel has the best location and great view from most of the rooms.

STAY AWAY
If you are thinking to have good nights sleep while you staying there forget it. Music until midnight and hotel construction from 8 am makes it impossible to enjoy your stay. I called the front desk 5 times and they said I have to talk to the manager but she was never there. There all plenty of cheaper and better hotels in the area. I would not stay there again.

Great Location
The location to the gay beach is the best in the city. It's getting more and more gay friendly every year. We were there for 10 days, so it got to be a bit much, but very fun.

didnt hate it.. didnt love it
the hotel was in the heart of eveything and very close to the ocean. the staff was friendly and helpful.. however, the rooms were kind of run down.. had to ask for towels and other bathroom ammenities on several occasions. when leaving the hotel, we were charged a fee of 300 pesos for an accident that could have been easily taken care of in the laundry. that we felt was a rip off
