Great location for a cozy petite hotel!
Hotel location was great and was quite close to all of Puebla's major downtown attractions. It's a nice petite 3 start hotel type in my opinion. Only a couple of issues: My reservation name/last name was mispelled so they had a hard time finding it. The Front desk agent who checked us in was kinda questioning the rate I had prepaid through [...]and ended up calling his manager over the phone to confirm info and you can only watch one channel in the room's t.v, other than that everything else great, very clean hotel though...

Dissapointed in service
WORST HOTEL EVER!
DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel staff was IMPOLITE and INEPT. When we checked in the hotel had a number of rooms vacant yet we were given a room next to a boisterous student group. We were unaware of their presence until they began running around and yelling at 2 am. We called reception and asked them to please tell the group to keep it down or give us a different room. We called them 3 times and the hotel did not give us a new room nor intervened with the student group. We had a HORRIBLE night! In the morning we talked to management to complain and they told us they only had one person on night duty who couldn't deal with every problem. What TERRIBLE service! The hotel was unable to deal with a simple problem and they were rude to us. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Great Place
The hotel was located very close to downtown Puebla. When we checked in we were given complimentary breakfast of coffee and pasties and the staff was very nice. The room had a great view to the church across the street.

My room was very inexpensive:
My room was very inexpensive: I paid for 2 nights and the 3rd night was free. But: 1. My very large and nicely furnished room was effectively located inside a parking garage! The ceiling of the room was very high, so the exhaust smell dissipated rapidly whenever a car was entering or exiting the garage, but still!!! 2. My room had effectively no hot water. When I complained, I was told that because of the room location, I should let the water run for 5-10 minutes to get hot water, but even that did not achieve results.

Hotel Senorial
We had a late check-in and were expected. The room was fairly modern and the beds were comfortable, however, there was construction going on outside and a jackhammer was uses off and on the whole night. We would have liked to have a chair in the room to use the writing desk. Two bottles of water were provided free of charge but no glasses in the room or bathroom. Also it would have been nice to stock the bathroom with some toilet paper, only a few sheets remained on the roll. The breakfast which was included was skimpy, no juice available. The price was great so for this reason we would still recommend the hotel.

The Bare Basics: Clean,cheap, close
The Senorial is a convenient, clean and inexpensive place to stay. It did not have great extras like late night room service or a nice pool. But, when visiting Puebla you have so much to do, that staying at your hotel would be a waste of a vacation. El Senorial is within a short walking distance to the Zocalo or the town plaza. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your hotel, then you might want to find a larger hotel with more amenities. But, if you are on a budget and only need a private place to crash, then El Seronial is a good buy.
