Haunted! Avoid this Place, it's very unusual negative energy.
My mother and I stayed at this hotel. Immediately when entering our room, it felt cold and spooky. That night we refused to change into our PJ's because it felt as if something was watching us.We also were frightened to even brush our teeth. By
the way no running hot water, and icky mattress with cardboard underneath. That night I woke up in the middle of the night out of breath as if a heavy weight was on top of me and had a hold on me. I could not move or talk. My mother experienced that same. We got out of there at 5AM that morning and never looked back! Please do not stay there, I would not recommend it to anyone.
I really do not understand how this hotel was rated 3 stars. It looks ok from outside, but the rooms are very dirty, moldy, smell bad and extremely noisy. You have to wait almost 5-10 min to get hot water in the shower. For this price you can get
way better rooms in Puebla.
Overall, very bad experience.
old and charming in a beautiful city close to the historic center. many things to see within a few blocks. room was old high ceiling charm. Very nice. will use it again if we go to puebla. only criticism was very slow service in a request for
coffee and tea. Our friends had to leave before it came.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
is an antiques open market about 6 blocks away. much more interesting than the "tourist" market.
