The story of this house is about history, about four hundred years, from the century when it was built (XVI) and about an old family, Los Cisneros, whose faith made them convert an exquisite ruin in what can offer now as a show of stone and iron according to times. Avoid this place by all means!

I really do not understand how this hotel was rated 3 stars. It looks ok from outside, but the rooms are very dirty, moldy, smell bad and extremely noisy. You have to wait almost 5-10 min to get hot water in the shower. For this price you can get way better rooms in Puebla. Overall, very bad experience.

well located

old and charming in a beautiful city close to the historic center. many things to see within a few blocks. room was old high ceiling charm. Very nice. will use it again if we go to puebla. only criticism was very slow service in a request for coffee and tea. Our friends had to leave before it came.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

is an antiques open market about 6 blocks away. much more interesting than the "tourist" market.
