El Sueno Hotel & Spa is located in the historical center of the City of Puebla de los Ángeles. It was settled in an old XVIII-century big house remodeled with the purpose of preserving the typical baroque characteristics of the period constructions.
Remodeling created a perfect balance combining the building original style with contemporary elements and minimalist decor, in which the use of wood, aluminum and crystal resulted in eclectic and unique spaces. These spaces create a simple and cozy atmosphere, always guarded by the towers of the Angelopolitana Cathedral. The hotel provides 7 suites, devoted to women who never stopped dreaming.
They offer: Air-conditioning, Safes with room for Lap Top, Special amenities, Concierge and personalized service, Telephone with voice mail and direct Internet connection, Jack for Internet, Room service, Cable TV service on Sony Wega Flat Screen TV, Wireless Internet in main patio, Selection of pillows, 24-hour security, Valet Parking, Parking lot, Taxi stand.

The big house was always used as a residence. Later, during XIX century it was divided by the middle as a result of an inheritance. The left part was equipped as a school. The area used today by the hotel was transformed into a "closed doors" neighborhood, of a higher level than the "open doors" neighborhoods. The big house was occupied under those conditions until 1995 when the earthquake registered in Puebla left it in poor conditions to live in. It was abandoned until 2002 when it was remodeled and transformed into what today is El Sueno Hotel & Spa, which preserves the original pool and beams pervaded with so many dreams and mysticism.

El Sueno Hotel & Spa offers a little restaurant-bar located in the ranch of the old big house which still preserves remains of a XVIII-century wet paint filled with the light filtering through the balconies overlooking the street. Great Stay at Hotel El Sueno, Puebla
My friend and I found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I had been to Puebla several times in the past, but the hotel staff directed us to some wonderful, new restaurants. Hotel El Sueno is located in Puebla's historic
district and situated within several blocks of the Zocalo, with a nice selection of sidewalk cafes, museums, fine restaurants and other attractions. We were provided a very memorable stay at a clean, comfortable boutique inn.

Puebla - Sweet and safe
We went to explore Puebla before a meeting in DF.
The city is safe, clean, and vibrant. The food is fabulous.
The el Sueno is a very nice, upscale hotel. It has all the comforts you would expect from a leading hotel in any city on the planet. Our
room, a master suite, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is excellent.
One drawback ... the room wired internet did not work. The wireless only reaches a limited area of the hotel.
We'd go back in a heartbeat.
