It's located only 3 blocks from the Zocalo and the Cathedral and 2 blocks from 11 south Ave. one of the fastest and longest streets in Puebla that will take pretty much to all places.
The rooms are big, nice and comfortable. All rooms are equipped with an in room Microwave and a little fridge.
Hotel services includes Free of charge parking, wireless internet and computer use .
For sure el hotelito Puebla is your best choice when staying in Puebla, nice hotel at a low cost.

@ 9pm Friday & Sat by the 3D map on a table At the zocolo, watch for people in costume. Galo & wife Irma do a street theater thing that for 100 pesos is a great way to spend the evening. Bring your walking shoes, too!

Staff speaks little English, however, they really try to help. Room was clean and had mini fridge & microwave, but no chairs. There were chairs in the patio, though, and we sat there and used our laptop. No good reading lamp but the staff brought us one when asked. There were no glasses, and there were no glasses even when asked. Very different from American hotel, but very Mexican, and very sweet.

Stay in Puebla
There was no breakfast or even coffee offered. No ice machine not even any complimentary bottled water. I was under the impression that the rooms had a microwave and small refrigerator. No chairs in the room. No air conditioner. Overall, though I did enjoy the stay.

The Frenchie
A little short but at a good price
A very affordable little hotel but with a minimum of services. We did not get the "upgraded" room we had reserved and we have no window. The door did lock from the inside. We just met two employees within two days... The surroundings are very ordinary but the Zocalo is not too far. We will not go back there, preferring to pay a little more for more comfort.

Long walk from hotel
You must walk 15 minutes to reach the Zocalo where are the main attractions and restaurants. A splendid colonial city. Take a bus city tour but don't stay on the top floor: I almost got my head cut by an electric cable which was hanging too low across the street!

Not far off centre of cirt. Felt very safe. Internet too slow (forget about using it) and onsite restaurant closed.

El Hotelito Puebla
500 Meters from Zocolo. Walking distance to good restaurants. Plenty of fresh towels and pillows. Small hotel so service is very good. Excellent value for price.

I Know Mexico
You'll be glad you took a chance!
Visited Puebla (third time) and decided to obtain a "cheap" room because it was a stopover for us...only spending the one night. Boy, were we taken by surprise. We paid $28/night plus taxes and it was the best money we've spent in a long time. The rooms were clean, very large, excellent location in the Centro Historico, phenomenal service, and did I mention clean? Listen, I'm sure the $28/night price won't last long but this hotel will still be around even at higher prices because it is simply the best value. Go to eat at Restaurant/Bar Del Parian...you won't be disappointed there either. [...] the owner will treat you like a king and you'll eat like a king on a pauper's budget...and not just quantity but QUALITY and DELICIOUS!
