No complains. Great hotel if you want all inclusive. Adults only area is only part of the hotel though. Maybe not a good idea if you want an "only adults only" hotel.

staff was friendly, service was great, no wait time for drinks or food. room cleaned well. if something was lacking you only had to ask. already planning for next year. great vacation.

went in may, if taking any of the tours do the express half day. it tends to be hot and humid from 1-4pm so early morning is great time to tour, back at the pool for heat of the day

Couple Getaway
The hotel staff was attentive, friendly and responded quickly. The cleanliness of the room and the resort as a whole was very good. The pools were nice and the beach area was great, great places to lounge, perfect sand and crystal clear beaches. I stayed at the Adults Only section with my girlfriend. The food at the hotels resturants and buffets were good and better then what I have previously experienced at other all inclusive resorts. The hotel put on quality entertainment at night and it was just a short ride into the town of Playa Del Carmen for those who like to get away. All in all, it was a solid trip.

Makes you want to go again
These have been unforgettable vacations, the hotel is fantastic, the activities were not lacking in any area of the hotel and at any time. The beach is spectacular, the spectacular pools, the restaurants and buffets spectacular. The most important thing was the attention of the staff of the hotel. They were friendly, familiar, and make you feel right at home. Absolutely loved it, definitely going again.

We stayed at the Adults Only Rivera Select Club part of Sandos Playacar. You will not find a better place to stay. The beach was the BEST! Food was incredible. We enjoyed walking miles on the the beach along all the hotels in Playa del Carmen, The rooms are located away from the resturaunts and beach. They have a commuter carts for you if you want to ride instead of walking. Definitley stay here..

Loved to get away...
Romantic Getaway
This was a nice hotel. The food was better than average with more than enough choices. 24 hour room service (limited menu), but great when you need something before bed after a late night. The rooms were huge and offered a beautiful jacuzzi tub. The adults only area was never crowded and the drinks were flowing. The only downside is how far the walk was to the beach...but overall it was lovely.

On Tuesday nights the hotel has all the local vendors come in and sell all of the same stuff in the city. The whole hotel turns into a little city in Mexico amazing street food. For those of you who never want to go to town wait for this to bring things home for family and friends.

Anniversary celebration
This hotral exceeded my expectations, the staff were great, room clean and comfortable, food was good but not exceptional. We stayed at the adults only select club. The only thing I could have asked for were lunch to be served in that area and for an ice machine. All in all a great time and value for the money.

Sadsals Playcar was excellant !!
The hotel is spotless and beautiful. The employees are the best. The Adult section is really nice, but as people have said, it is a long walk to the beach. But after all the choices of food and bars, it was nice to walk. The resort had many animals and apear to be well taken care of. We would return to this resort again.

Very nice resort. A couple of little things need something
Our room was nice, clean, but had a lingering odor that didn't go away, mold or mildew. The safe needed programming 3 times due to malfunctioning. TV remote worked only the first night. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. Beds are a rather hard. Some of the staff was exceptional and some just very average, if not helpful. Very good food. We enjoyed the venues and the dining room staff. Marguarita in Fesitval and Daniel in Piedmont in the evening were delightful. Lots of amenities. Entertainment was very good and the beach was absolutely beyond, wonderful! All in all, we enjoyed our stay .
