Great value
Located right on 5th Ave where the action is but behind a wall. You can barely hear the sounds in the garden and not in the rooms. Room was clean, AC was cold, wifi worked well but spotty in the rooms. They told us that upfront. Room had a separate kitchen w gas stove, full fridge. Bedroom was separate w a door. No safe boxes in room but front desk stored our valuables while we were out for the day. Booked here and they had everything in order and a room card already filled out. A lot of small hotels in MX can be a bit disorganized w regards to big travel discount bookings.

Go a few blocks west to get off the busy 5th Ave and you'll find some excellent and cheap restaurants and bars.

Great Value
Located directly on 5th Avenue but behind a wall that blocks out most of the noise. Price is cheap. We paid under $60/nt. The staff is friendly and stored our valuables while we were out since there are no room safes. There is only a fountain not a pool but who cares? The beach is a block away. The locks on the sliding door entry are hard to operate. Expect hard beds and chairs as typical in Mexico. Room was clean, AC worked well, wifi is spotty in the rooms but strong in the garden area.
