I booked the hotel through [...]. But the hotel could not find my reservation. totally ruined my vacation. !!!!!!

We liked the fact it was a 5 minute cab ride from 5th ave. The beach resort we did not go to, they had no umrella and they would not let you bring food or water into there area, so we went up the beach to a publuic area. The Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good and staff friendly.

Good value on a hotel. Location was OK. Breakfast was also OK. Bare Bones Hotel but clean.

The hotel fulfilled our expectation. The one thing that i didn´t like was the staff... it was not very kind, specially the ones in the front desk

The Hotel is an american style place but the air conditining needs to be turned on in the Lobby and the hallways. Its very hot in the day and you feel it as soon as you come out of your room. The staff was very helpful and when I asked for something it was taken care of quickly. It was a great place to take a long vacation on a buget. I was there for 21 days and I was able to sight see and visit all the attraction I wanted . I would stay at this hotel again.

This was a wk vacation for us, we have been going to paya for 8 years now and on this vacation we decided to do a budget friendly since we have gone to playa 4 times within 9 months. We were very surprised to see how clean and airy it was. The rooms were a perfect size for the two of us. Free internet access,free breakfast which had the same stuff everyday but it was really good. The staff was very helpfull if we needed anything, always a smile and a hello from them. The AC in the room was great, and the shower was great. Always a security guard at the front door. The location is perfect, we rent a car so we did not need to be on beach front properhty. We have stayed at many places all Inclusive and 5 and half star ratings so we know what it is like to be pampered. You can walk to 5th ave. the beach 10 min walk. Our room faced the pool which was a really nice view of playacar phase 2. We were pleasently surprised on how nice this place was and would definatley stay there again. Great for families, business, couples singles. You can go to 5th ave and eat, so many restaurants and shops or just sipping on some coffe and people watch.

The price was fantastic. Although the location wasn't the best. It was within walking distance to the beach and hot spots. Getting free breakfast was a plus! I liked the fact that there was a beach club that you could access and free shuttle during the day and early evening. There was no shuttle coming back to the hotel, but like I said it was not diffucult to walk during the day and take a cab at night. I will definately come back! I was also happy with Orbitz...I was a little leary, because of reviews on the net, but I had a nice room and not complications!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was in my room within 15 minutes of my arrival at the front desk. The room was spotless, and the bathroom/shower clean. I appreciated that a great deal after an 8 hr travel time. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the action on 5th Avenue and the beach zone with many shops and tourist info kiosks to satisfy the most demanding guest. The complimentary breakfast was good: The usual suspects...eggs, toast, pastries, juices, coffee, tea, cereal etc. It was the same variety daily but not a bad way to start off the day. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars to fill in the desire for more exotic fare. The hotel itself is quite well maintained and the free wireless internet was a big plus for me to keep in contact with the office and family back home. My only knit-pick was the lack of an ATM as listed in the amenities description. that would have come in handy. I didn't use the pool, exercise room or Coco Maya beach club, but from what I saw, they were as advertised.

Great service and location. Close to everything. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
